The Immigration department will begin a "Mentoring program" which will be maneged by yuvy15. All players that would like to become mentors for new citizens can contact the Israeli Aid For Immigrants or yuvy15.
The new citizens will be able to sign up for the program in the New Player Help section in the forum.
The first days in eRepublik are always confusing and sometimes a simple answer to a question can help a lot to the new player. So please help eIsrael by joining the program !
