Marine Corps Post 06-February-2009

The Thanks of a Grateful Nation

Commandant Dexter Jones has resigned his command. He has emigrated to eUK where we expect he will soon be commanding the Paratroopers. General Eugene Harlot has been commissioned as the new Commandant of the Marine Corps effective February 5, 2009. Dexter Jones has the thanks of a grateful nation and a grateful Marine Corps for his dedication to making the eUS Marine Corps a fearsome fighting force. During Commandant Jones' tenure as Commandant, he has presided over a massive increase in the total number of soldiers in his command and presided over the orderly expansion and execution of an ever-growing force. He has implemented many needed systems of communication and worked closely with the Quartermaster General to improve the supply of needed equipment to eMerica's elite soldiers. The Corps is poorer for the loss of General Jones' experience and his steady hand at the wheel of our mighty warship. Best of luck to you, Dex. Once a Marine, Always a Marine.

Marines, Attention!

Salute!

Semper Fidelis
General Eugene Harlot
Commandant, eUSMC
