The yanks have proclaimed that they are coming to crush our skulls. But I say NAY!
- It will be hard for them to take our soil.
- Yanks don't have the minerals to follow through.
This seems like a good enough time to encourage all citizens of the eUK to work at increasing their health in preparation for the hostilities; that eventually the eUK will face.

Preparing for war.
Step 1 - Looking after your health.
Don't be reduced to the loser section of the army.
- If your health is above 40, but below 90, fight ONCE in the training war (lit vs lat) then heal at the hospital that can be found by going back to the 'battlefield' page. This will give you a sharp boost of health. Remember you can only use any hospital ONCE an erep day.
- In the normal way only fight the amount of times as the Q of your regional hospital.
- If your health is between 90 and 100 the fastest way you can improve it, is by 'donating' the said amount of gifts to a friend, with a PM asking them to heal you with the gifts. If you do not have any friends do this with a trustworthy member of society, such as a congressmember or the PM himself.
- Keeping it up. Buy the highest quality food you can afford. It is a great investment to buy a house - consider it.
Step 2 - Appropriate arms.
Don't be the one that to forgot to bring a gun!
- The best Q (quality) of weapons for anyone that isn't going to tank is Q1's.
- Stock up on weapons when they are cheap, or keep GBP in your account to buy weaps should the need arise.
Step 3 - Information.
Just as important as a weapon, or else you won't know where to point it.

It's rather poorly worded. People can fight more than once and still heal up to 100. For example:
Soldier A has 73 Wellness and Lives in London. London has a Q5 Hospital, thus he can heal 50 Wellness. Therefore, he can fight twice (going down to 53 Wellness) and heal, thus going back to 100 wellness.
