London Captured. Crisis Averted.

Day 1,397, 19:48 Published in Canada Canada by Armour144

Ladies and gentlemen, we have done it.

We avoided a Maple Syrup crisis.

Yes, I know that's all we've been thinking about the past few days, but I assure you everything will be alright.

What is this crisis I speak of? Well, how on earth are we supposed to fill the world's demand for maple syrup with a population under 2000 people? We can't. However, with the capture of London we now have access to over a thousand more slaves. And since slaves can work for over 24 hours straight, they can do the workload of many drunk eCanadians.

We were all having sleepless nights, I know. We would wake up in the morning and wonder if the next time we went grocery shopping there would be any maple syrup left.

But now, there will be. There always will be. And it's all because of our good ol' friendly redcoats who we have brought into slavery.

So the next time you have pancakes or waffles or something ridiculous like a peanut butter and jam slice of pizza with a maple syrup filled crust (yum...), just remember to thank those Brits for being so kind and giving their capital to us.
