I propose to make a “Kibbutz” in eIsrael
אני מציע לבנות "קיבוץ" בישראל

We all got the mission to assign 10 employees but most of us probably can’t reach that goal on our own

Become a Tycoon
Conditions: Assign 10 employees in the production process in the same day,
Rewards: House Raw: 4,000

כולנו ראינו את המשימה להביא עשר עובדים שיעבדו עבורנו אך לרובנו אין אפשרות להגיע ליעד הזה לבדנו

So I propose to create an eIsraeli Kibbutz with 11 members working in the fields and milking the cows
ולכן אני מציע ליצור קיבוץ אישראלי עם 11 חברים שיעבדו בשדות ויחלבו את הפרות

For 11 days, each member of the Kibbutz will assign the other 10 to work for him for a low wage of 10NIS, so that at the end of each day the workers are fired and the next day work for another member. At the end of 11 days all Kibbutz members will finish the mission
במשך 11 ימים, כל חבר בקיבוץ ישכור את עשרת החברים האחרים לעבוד עבורו בשכר נמוך של 10ש"ח, כך שבסופו של כל יום כל העובדים מפוטרים וביום למחרת יעבדו עבור חבר אחר בקיבוץ. בסוף 11 הימים כל חברי הקיבוץ יסיימו את המשימה הזו

Pro- finish the mission, get reward, and have 10 workers for low wages
Con- work for low wages for 10 days, pay wages to 10 people (100 NIS)
I calculated that in bottom line you can break even based on current market prices
בעד- מסיימים את המשימה, מקבלים את הפרס, ומנצלים 10 עובדים בשכר נמוך
נגד- עובדים בשכר נמוך במשך 10 ימים, משלמים שכר ל10 עובדים (100ש"ח)
לפי החישוב שלי בשורה תחתונה אין הפסד לפי מחירי השוק הקיימים

You can do that even if you have one (active) employer, just don't assign him for 10 days and then use your "employees" all at once.
You can do the same after 5 days with 2 employers and so on.

But in your way the expenses increase because you must pay ~40*10=400NIS and many citizens cannot afford it...

Also, you will not enjoy milking the cows with your fellow comrades...

I had to wiki that to discover what a 'kibbutz' was, sounds interesting. We should definitely try getting something like this going in eIsrael.

Explanation of the first pic for our non RL Israeli friends:
"Kibbutz" - a collective community in Israel that was traditionally based on agriculture
"Halutz" - a pilgrim in Hebrew
"Thor" - a hammer-wielding god in Norse mythology, and also a character in some crappy superhero movies

Leaving in the comment in the hopes it helps with your missions. No idea what the rewards are, maybe that can be your next post.

That being said I agree with Israel Zangwill. I have 1 more day left to have 10 working employee's, no idea how I'm going to add the 100 peeps added.

* To add 100 players just ask to add random people. You could delete them later...

* Regarding the economic reasoning, in the Kibbutz all members work together for low wages. As this game is totally capitalistic and a socialistic system like that can't succeed. However, it can be fun 🙂

True, but the concept of a Kibbutz could delve way deeper than just having people work together. I think that the market makes things crazy competitive, I found myself on numerous occasions constantly updating prices for food only changing .01 point at a time to compete with other sellers. If you managed to gain the trust of a few people and continue to add employee's the market could, in theory, be less competitive, wages would be moderate (from sold goods), and you may even have weapons and food's of various qualities to re-distribute to it's workers.

Now, it could work, but it's just a theory. It would take lots of people to influence this. Anyways, just my 2 cents 😛
