The President of United Kingdom proposed a mutual protection pact with Colombia. I myself was in limbo for a short time not sure where to sway on this proposal.

However, now that some of the information I was led to believe regarding a possible bridging of the divide between the COT and TWO alliances has been proven false. I have decided to endorse Wookie’s proposal.

Though, there were some negative reactions in regards to the financial impact that an MPP with an eNation thousands of miles away will have cost-wise, the majority of congress was in favor of the proposal.

Some of the issues brought up today by members of congress, backing wookie’s proposal,

It’s an MPP renewal, already in our MPP budget plans.
Good relations with Colombia are essential for regional stability. Furthermore, an eNation we can count on.
They are "very importantly" a pro TWO-alliance eNation.

Status Quo, as it is mandatory to have a Mutual Protection Pact with TWO Alliance members. eSerbia is a TWO-alliance member so I voted in favor.

Status Quo, as it is mandatory to have a Mutual Protection Pact with TWO Alliance members. eSlovenia is a TWO-alliance member so I voted in favor.

I voted in opposition to this proposal seeing there is no immediate threat and no resistance wars in the works with Ireland for the time being.

Not a very good history with eRomania, however presently in good standing a strong pro two country.

Norway has been proposed as Natural Enemy.

The President Bohemond4 has a few minutes ago proposed eNorway as a Natural Enemy”. Norway’s’ Minister of Defense Indigodavo95 responded shortly after by proposing the eUK as a “Natural Enemy”.

eNorway’s ethos is rather aggressive, going to great lengths to improve relations with the COT alliance nations, signing several MPP’s with COT nations. Considered anathema by TWO alliance members.

Though, at the moment and to my knowledge there does not seem to be any legitimate threat on Asgard’s side towards the eUK. eSweden’s resistance war against eLithuania (a member of the TWO alliances), and the possible threat of a resistance war by eNorway against eRomania who have an MPP with the eUK and are pro TWO.

All in all, eNorway at the moment is a secure and strategic region for the eUK.

For the above reasons, I have decided to vote in favor of this proposal.

Interesting situation, eLithuania and eHungry are members of TWO. These two countries along with the eUK have an MPP with one another. Add eUkraine, a seemingly natural ally of the eUK with their strong ties to eRomania, eSpain and eGreece, three of eUK’s biggest allies, and you've got yourself a recipe for disaster.

Status quo regarding our MPP with eLithuania. However, looking at the situation, more pressing matters seem to be at the forefront. Reasoning, the eUK’s current war with eNorway might spill over into eLithuania if old wounds between eScandinavia and eLithuania re-open. Furthermore, the situation between eHungry and eUkraine are at their worst, creating another possible scenario.

My vote is to renew our MPP with eLithuania for reasons mentioned.

VAT & Import Taxes: Iron

I find it would not make a significant difference in earnings for the importer regarding 99% to 70% import tax rate change. I’m not an economist, but I would look at a non-drastic rate change of 40% to 50% for it to be worth while for importers to sell their goods in the eUK. And at the same time lowering the cost of items, making our treasury department very unhappy.

If there would be a drastic import tax rate change that would benefit the importer significantly, it would, in my opinion, flood the gates with foreign goods. Hence, penalizing eUK producers. Without having a large effect on cost in regards to the consumer.

I will vote against this proposal because I find the new rate change to be insignificant

Ireland has been proposed as Natural Enemy.

Events in my opinion leading to an NE with eIreland

President of (Asgard) eNorway proposed a mutual protection pact with eIreland and was approved. eIreland on the other hand voted against an MPP with eNorway, deciding to remain neutral in our conflict with eNorway. A positive attempt in promoting peace between our two nations.

How things escalate quickly. eIreland a non-alliance nation might be looking for new chums as their congress recently accepted two MPP proposals with (cot) nations eFrance and eRussia. The question we must ask ourselves is, are the eIrish looking to join our archenemies the COT alliance?

The eFrench have been very busy as of late, agreeing to back eNorway during our nations 7 day conflict by agreeing to pass an MPP proposal with the (Asgard) alliance member. Furthermore, eFrance foreseeing a possible war with ePoland after the passing of a NE proposal has also unanimously accepted an MPP with their fellow alliance member, eGermany.

With the reality that the eUK is on the eve of a large-scale war, I have no option but to favor a NE with eIreland.

I will vote against impeachment, mainly because I find Boh to be a stand up guy who has always given his best effort for the party and eNation. Furthermore, no one has been able to give a valid reason as to why. Finally, we’re all to blame for the catastrophe that has endured us this past week. A well respected eNation in the TWO alliance. Always been on friendly terms with the eUK. From what I’ve been privy to, they will most certainly be going to war with eAlbania in the near future. The eUK will be backing eMontenegro if war breaks.

Will vote in favor of this proposal for the obvious reasons.

The Work Tax will be changed from 1% to 3%.

I voted in favor of this proposal, though, would like to see it amended to 2% and with the knowledge that it is a temporary fix. I find this method to be a fair and just way for the treasury to fill its coffers.

Though, we stand to lose a little ground in eIreland, peace at this point and time with our neighbors is a step in the right direction. I will vote in favor of this proposal.
