Day 2,771, 10:01 Published in Israel Argentina by Yosef Tzvi
Egyptian Rule

The first day of Egyptian rule over Israel has been met with dismay and sadness. Cities lie in ruins and chaos runs rampant. Israeli civilians and ex-soldiers are trying to help regain order in Israeli towns in an attempt to reorganize life under occupation.

On the wireless it was reported that key Israeli Government officials including the Prime Minister have escaped capture and are operating out of a submarine possibly in the Red Sea or Indian Ocean. The Red Sea is at this time a safe harbor for Israeli ships both military and civilian who escaped the onslaught. Greek forces have been able to repel the Egyptian resistance and invasion forces attempting to regain full-control of the Suez Canal and the Red Sea coast, establishing a safe zone for escaping Israeli refugees and military forces.

The Prime Minister gave a short speech over the wireless stating that "The Nation of Israel is not defeated but shall return as it always has and that Egyptian control of the Jewish State will not last."
