Is a Q7 weaps factory a good investment?
Crypteia
In this game, a lot of people think that the best way to be “rich” is with a Q7 weapons factory. Let’s see if this is economically real. This is not possible to calculate because is a long period and our market fluctuates a lot. But let’s taking the data today.
Q7 factory= 1220 golds with the 45% discount 671 golds.
1 gold = 175 cc so, a Q7 factory costs 671*175= 117425cc
Now, I want to separate the full bonus countries and the non bonus countries.
In a non bonus country, we produce 10 weaps with 2000 wrm. That means that today, we produce 62,1 cc (10*6,21) with 40 cc (0,02*200), but we have to add 0,73 of Work Tax and 0,25 of consuming food (0,05*5) at the product costs. And finally we have to deduce the VAT in the selling price. Now is at 1%. That means we will earn 61,485 ((61,2*100)/101) yes, erepublik calculates taxes in a strange way.
Let’s calculate this 61,485-40-0,73-0,25= 20,5 cc per day that means that we only can work as manager, the salaries are too high ( I suppose the other businessmen don’t count the food and wrm costs because they also produce them)
Remind the investment was 117425 cc that means we will need 5728 days to pay back our investment ( with the prices like now, that is impossible to assure).
5728 days means 15,7 years (5728/365) assuming a year has 365 days.
Judge yourself if it is good investment XD
Now I will count the same in a country with full bonus.
Taking Poland, you will produce 20 weps, that means 118 cc each day, and if you deduce the taxes, 116,82 (118*0,99). The work tax in Poland is 1,31 cc and the food costs is 0,2 (0,04*5). As you have double production, you need more raw, the double. That will cost you 80 cc (0,02*4000).
Now, let’s count it
116,82-1,31-0,2-80= 35,31 and one more time you can’t contract workers.
Talking about the time, that means 3325,5 days (117425/35,31) that's 9,1 years (3325/365).
One more time, judge yourself if it is a good investment.
Votes are appreciated and a reward for the good job, if you liked it, vote it.
All that you think can improve my articles , please say it, i would take into account.

Failer, 45% es 549, pero debes restarle esa cantidad a 1220, y te salen los 671 que cuesta la Q7 xd

And the third scenario? Where you use up 25 Q7 weapons per day, and can reduce you expenses by producing yourself?
The VAT in that case is irrelevant. So the story will be slightly more positive.
But buying Q7 on the market really seems to make more sense. How can the owners of Q7 companies afford these prices?
My guess: they almost can't but they have to compete with people not using weapons at all. So they end up with a very small profit. But the alternative (assuming they had Q6 companies before) is to keep producing Q6 weapons. And these have become a lot less popular since Q7 weapons were introduced.
I'm talking about economics, the people who invest in a Q7 to make money, if you invest in the factory for other reasons, as "reduce expenses", the for and against arguments will be different i think.
