Being Irish and being eIrish are not the same ,
Amongst many other things Being Irish means your a rebel ,you feel a throbbing ache in your heart when you witness people being oppressed, This ache is the inspiration for a lot of Irish song ,dance, and rhyme (if we had no peace in NI would we have jedward ?? ).
What can be said of the majority (imo)of rl Irish ingame ?
Most rl Irish ingame fight daily for countries occupied by the larger nations in this game,with little regard to alliances, We have always been this way .I've done this since day 1 ,The ICA used to do it back in the real glory days . Mostly it is done at our own cost , without seeking reward or fame .
Its the reason i joined Libertad .

Being eIrish ingame ,
If you are RL Irish aswell as eIrish you may suffer from "hatefulbastard" syndrome , i've had a dose or two in my time and ive witnessed a lot of others suffering from this ailment .(see any comment from the nations favourite cold breakfast beverage) .
But generally being eIrish means doing everything you can to stop the other guys from controlling "this shit" ,Making your party the largest party by any means possible , and letting everyone know it , using multis , doing whatever it takes to make sure you have the presidential seat , the majority in congress.
Seeking fame .

It seems to me that a disproportionately high number of eIrish who have joined this nation in the last year have done so for less than genuine reasons , be it our small population means you can put in a small amount of work and be a president within 60days with the right backing OR the amount of weapons we gave out daily as a nation to anyone who fought where certain people told them to .
The last theft of this nation was carried out by RL Irish and RL Irish profitted from it , another case of "hatefulbastard" syndrome.
This level of greed has left me looking for a reason to keep playing and im struggling, not the theft itself , it has happened many times before , it was predicted when sweet was given control of the orgs , Its the fact that those involved will eventually be back in control of "this shit" .
Or worse , eIreland stays as it is , with party's making this game unplayable and doing it with "eIrelands best interests at heart"




To whom do we owe our allegiance today?

As RL Irish its an easy answer, Eden .
As eIrish its the same
We joined , fought alongside them , had some ups had some downs.
Irish are loyal , eIrish used to be loyal , i hope they still are .
Some say Eden disrespected us by not allowing multifc access to irc channels , It could be said our president disrespected Eden by nominating a known anti eden citizen as his representative.
Do you really expect a known anti eden citizen to be given access to eden channels ? if yes i call bullshit ,
and should we elect a certain person this time around we will have exactly the same problem (presuming we stay in eden) , and expect a lot of huffing and puffing about it again .
If we have a problem with our alliance then our CP and his team should work to solve that problem working with other member countries who feel the same , and there are quite a few of these countries.
