Interesting Times
Crumoet
I thought that it was high time that I started a newspaper mainly because we all have our views and occasionally I might want to give some of my own views on the things going on. As a fairly new e-Republik citizen I must admit I have found the goings on in here extremely interesting.
To my horror when I joined I ended up being Brazilian and had to move to the Free State to regain my citizenship. All in all the learning curve has been very different from what I envisioned when I was told to join. I started off with my 2 clicks a day barely getting involved in the day to day politics of eSA.
This was until recently we had a political uproar over Brazil’s invasion into Aus and all the flack Innes took over it. eSa also finally succeeded in getting all the Indo’s out of here with the assistance of all of our allies.
I will be watching the news with great interest… Now if only our parties could stop bickering over battle damage stats maybe we could get Gauteng back…
Crumoet out.

Apparently first denying is appropriate for this kind of thing
Not trying to offend you, but denying the first usually happens in the case of articles that look like they're going to be trolled hard.
First denying is an act used by the African Elitists. I suggest you refrain from such behaviour.
You're still not bored with eRep, Exilious?
The game itself? Yes. (notice the Level 1?)
The drama never gets old though.
You need a better hobby...

love the title of this paper!
Lol at the million comments completely off topic. But voted and subscribed mate 🙂
Crumoet...sorry to hear about the difficult start. Rest assured you are not the only one. There are many SAns who start in occupied regions and have no idea why Brazillian is the National language 😛
But you got here and that's great.
Look forward to hearing your opinions.

By the way, I think you're right. Parties arguing over trivialities like battle damage shouldn't be political parties. That's nitpicking. They should be arguing future policy for eSA. Things that really matter. 😉

Dear DJ,
Brazillian isnt a language. portuguese is the official language of Brazil. Studies show that ones' ability to identify national languages of South American countries is directly proportional to their intelligence level. What say you, friend?
Haha, I was actually taught in school that it's called Brazillian Portuguese 😉
Just like you get Australian English. Which is the same/similar, but not exactly.
Have a few Brazillian friends at Uni who also refer to their language as Brazillian, maybe because everybody knows it's Brazillian Portuguese. Or maybe because they don't want people to think they speak original Portuguese 😉
Thanks for the linguistics lesson, though 🙂
