The new welcome message has been placed, as congress members may have noticed twice already.
Unfortunately the links in the message seem not to be working.
Apparently the WM-module is somewhat different then the newspaper and the messaging system.
So we will propose the new welcome message again, until we get it right.
Sorry for the inconvenient XP-points you may have gathered this way.

When the new WM-message is installed, our new Head of Coaching Daniel Parker will be able to commence the new policy of pro-actively connecting all newborn citizens to a coach.

In the meanwhile new players can contact the country-helpdesk for getting a coach.
