Assalam o Alikum / السلام عليكم/Greetings

This article has the potencial to minimize our differences and bring us closer to our common goal.

The constant effort for the best for our country.

It is the first time that all the political parties came to a common decision:
To create a new Congress Thread with all the elected congressmen.

---Congress Thread---

In this way every congressman can understand and know how our congress works and be aware of all the government policies regarding their Military Unit or Strategy.

If a congress member does not included it is because they did not accept our friendship request … So no hard feelings.

In this Congress thread all congressmen have reached to an agreement.
The elections of the HOC = Head of Congress.

So, Ministry of Press announces the "HEAD OF CONGRESS ELECTION" procedure.

There are two ways of HOC elections:


First Way:

All political parties nominate one member as candidate for the HOC elections.
After that within 24 hour they have to submit their choise.

Voting Procedure:

Every congress member = 1 vote
Party president = 1 vote
Country President = 1 vote

Duration of voting is 24 hours, after that no vote will not be accepted.


Second Way:

All political parties mutually nominate one congress person as their HOC so no need of elections


HOC Duties:

1. He or she must be a congress member.
2. He or she must be always in touch with cabinet of the country.
3. All Congressmen, except cabinet, should inform him for all regarding proposals of laws and accepting cs.
4. Can start a discussion with all the elected congressmen.

Note: HOC function can be changed if majority of congressmen agrees.

هذه المقالة لها أهميتها لتقليل اختلافاتنا وتقريبنا من هدفنا المشترك

الجهد المستمر لصنع مستقبل افضل للبلاد
هذه هي المرة الأولى التي تتخذ فيها جميع الأحزاب السياسية قرارا مشتركا:
لإنشاء ترابط بين كل اعضاء المجلس المنتخبين من كل الاحزاب المختلفه

--- موضوع مجلس النواب---

وبهذه الطريقة , يستطيع كل عضو في المجلس أن يفهم ويعرف كيف يعمل وأن يكون على علم من جميع السياسات الحكومية المتعلقة بالخطط والاستراتيجيات الاقتصاديه والعسكريه.

إذا لم يكن عضو المجلس من ضمن المجموعه فهذا لأنه لم يقبل طلب صداقه من الشخص المسؤول عن هذا الاجتماع او هذه النشره ... لذلك لا تشعر بالسوء.

في هذا المؤتمر رابطه اعضاء مجلس النواب قد توصلوا إلى اتفاق وهو .
انتخابات HOC = رئيس مجلس النواب

لذلك تعلن وزارة الصحافة عن إجراء "انتخاب رئيس لمجلس النواب ".

هناك طريقتان لانتخابات HOC:


الطريقه الأول:

جميع الأحزاب السياسية ترشح عضوا واحدا لرئاسه مجلس النواب
بعد ذلك في خلال 24 ساعه يتم الانتخاب

إجراءات التصويت:

كل عضو في المجلس = صوت واحد
رئيس الحزب = 1 صوت
رئيس الدولة = 1 صوت

مدة التصويت 24 ساعة , وبعد ذلك لن يتم قبول أي تصويت.


الطريق الثاني:

جميع الأحزاب السياسية تتفق علي رئيس ليها وبالتالي لا تحتاج إلى انتخابات


واجبات HOC=رئيس نجلس النواب :

1. يجب أن يكون عضو في ملجس النواب.
2. يجب أن يكون دائما على اتصال مع مع رئيس الحكومه.
3. يجب على جميع أعضاء مجلس النواب , باستثناء مجلس الوزراء , إبلاغه بأي مقترحات واخذ موافقته قبل التصويت عليه
ملاحظه:يمكن تغيير رئيس مجلس النواب اذا وافق اغلبيه المجلس علي ذلك
