Australia does have a claim on part of Antarctica (actually the largest claim) although with the current treaty system around that place it doesn't really mean much.

Though if the admins of this ever introduced Antarctica and put the current claims there we'd get two new territories (but what to do about the overlapping claims or the unclaimed part).

Easter Island is actually part of Chile in RL.

Though you could add Norfolk Island and the Cocos Islands to any such list.
