Gin o' Clock with Rathena Gelc

Day 3,004, 11:00 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Duchess of Sin

When the security guard at Number Ten is patting me down for the third time in a row, he appears to be liking it a tad too much for it to be a matter of national security. Nevertheless, after a serious grope and fondle, I finally make it in with the lady in the lead herself, our new president Rathena Gelc. She knows this will not be an interview about her policy, nor will it be about politics. No, this will be an interview about topics that matter!

Mrs. President, thank you for meeting me. A little bird told me you are a huge fan of Le Boudoir. No worries though, we'll make it seem like I was the one who desperately wanted this interview. So let's start, shall we?

You've traveled and worked all about the eWorl😛 New Zealand, Czech Republic,Pakistan, ... Are people different in different countries? Even more important, how are the other men in comparison to the UK men?

People are different. In this game especially, many are very keen on remembering RL and connecting it to the game when it should absolutely have no connection with the game at all. British men are the best. In the game.

Oh? Is there something in your eye or was that a wink?
You're a happily eMarried woman yourself, with a husband abroad and equally busy. How does that work out for you? And do you perhaps have a little someone on the side to keep you warm in the UK?

It works well. Sometimes it gets very heated when we don't see each other for weeks because of our political duties, but it's all good. And no, I don't have anyone on the side. In the UK.

Mrs. President, you surprise me! With that tongue-in-cheek, no wonder things get heated now and then!

We always find you very nicely dressed, but let's be honest darling, your wardrobe is a bit..well, let's be honest, boring. If you would let me do a makeover of you, how would it look like?

I know. I've never been a fashionista, to be honest. If you did a makeover, I think I'd look something like this:

Sweet Lord Jesus, remind to wash my eyes with martini sour later on!
Quickly, on to my next question: You're a hard-working politician and career woman, but even you must have to unwind some time. How do you relax? Do you have any guilty pleasures?

Oh, yes I do. I like some quality wine and cheese. Also, beer. Any day, every day. I also unwind by listening to my favourite indie bands and hitting a punching bag with Asteria on it.

Ah yes, don't we all?
Last but not least, you're president now and looking at history, we know presidencies tend to attract scandals. What do you think headlines will read when your scandal erupts?

I hope no scandal erupts. Although I'm sure there will be controversies, but hey - I'm all for scrutinizing the responsible people in the society. So, scrutinize me, baby!

Darling, I'm not drunk enough to go there yet!
Thank you very much for the interview, it has been my pleasure.
