Created by a lousy beginner with a hope to learn more of this game!

What is the meaning of this game?
Where is the fun part?
How addictive it is (how much time do you spend daily on this site)?
How much is the maximum salary for a newbie? And how can I increase the income fast?
When is the right moment to start your own company?
