Familiar Feeling

With ex-EDEN nations choosing sides, one remains independent as another gains revenge upon an old enemy. Another nations wins a vital battle amidst its first alliance priority.


TURNING TIDES

Greece has once again begun war with Bulgaria, but with a different outcome than usual thus far. The war began a week ago, right after Greece had signed significant MPPs with TWO nations. Since then, Bulgaria has been losing regions rapidly. The wars between the nations usually favored Bulgaria heavily, with Greece’s only help coming from Turkey and Iran, however with TWO assistance, Greece’s luck has changed.

FAMILIAR FEELING

After stating his goals earlier this month, the president of Croatia has brought up alliances yet again. Earlier this month, Argrob stated that he did not intend to pursue any alliance this term. He has since followed up with his opinions of both CoT and TWO, neither being positive. It appears Croatia will remain independent of the two larger foes while it continues good relations with the US. Serbia has recently invaded Croatia however, continuing one of the largest rivalries in game history. Croatia has since been on the defensive.

FIRST PRIO

For the first time, Italy had top priority in an alliance in its battle against Slovenia. More importantly, Italy won the battle despite mass support from Serbia. EDEN had never placed Italy as a top priority in its existence, therefore the Italians were grateful when CoT had them on first priority against Slovenia which along with Croatia’s help led to a victory for Italy in a very close battle. Germany also assisted heavily, after becoming a trial member of CoT only weeks after its ally Russia joined.

MY CURRENT MISSION

For now I’ll keep fighting off the Brits and finishing this term in congress. I’ll also keep up work with the ambassador program and my position in the ILP. Lastly, I’ll be fighting off the Spanish hard in Canada when not fighting the British here at home.
