eSocialism

Day 1,601, 16:06 Published in Ireland Ireland by Gerald Smyth

The Irish Socialist Party - my political party - has it's party presidency election coming up.

So far three candidates have announced their intentions to run:

Michael Collins, who've I've interviewed before, was the first candidate to announce he was running. As Irish Socialism becomes more of a prominent party, he would like to lead it into a progression of globalism, economic strength and universal freedom. Collins advocates for Ireland and for the Irish Socialist Party. Collins currently is serving as a Congressmen from Mayo and is a prominent member of the ICA.

Irish_Rebel_Reborn, who has been very influential on me this game, is the current Party President. He is also the Press Director for the Irish Patriot. Irish, is currently residing in my fair Shannon, my home in eIreland. Irish is also a prominent member of the ICA. He supports Irish patriotism. I have been very supportive of him in the past.

Also a member of ICA, is a name I hear less about...LacticAcid. Although I ultimately feel that the election will between Collins and I.R.R. I don't doubt that LacticAcid will be able to pull off a victory (this of course, is just a game, you know).

Now clearly I have a bias, I'm stuck between Irish and Michael (sorry Lactic, I just don't know you very well). I must admit Irish Rebel Reborn may have just been the greatest party President in a long time. He was very supportive of the party, organized congressional elections and was likely the chief reason the Irish Socialist Party got one of it's members to Ireland's Presidency. However, what he didn't do and what I was heavily hoping for was a promotion of the Irish Socialist agenda (not Marxist/Leninist Socialism more like America's FDR) for a promotion of general eIrishism and a surge in the number of members. We're currently in a distant fourth almost tied with the Irish Union Party, behind a distant third which is the IIP. Now I shouldn't vote for Michael Collins just because I don't like Irish (because really I do). Michael provides a fresh new outlook on life and eIreland. An outside perspective and a promotion of certain progressive values that conserve on what Ireland needs to be. eIreland needs to be both liberated and liberalized into a massive imperial structure that will promote the values of eSocialism.

And this for me is the key issue, eSocialism (that's why it's the title). eSocialism and it's core tenets and it's values need to be spread. eSocialism must engineer further then just Ireland but into Europe and into the World.

My second major issue is the Ukraine. As you may know, I'm living in Poland right now fighting a resistance war for the Ukraine and the stop of Poland. I've heard nothing from Irish or LacticAcid about the Ukraine. Michael I know would support the eUkraine.

So, for organizational skills I would be in full support of Irish. The problem is, there are three very similar people running for one position. Michael happens to be the best on foreign policy and ideological values.

Now, I thought about running for party president. Given my small level of influence and my possible Ralph Nader-effect on Michael, I ultimately decided against it. However, what I am supporting is an Irish intervention and support of the Ukraine. They are in troubling need of your assistance in their fight against the Polish. Poland takes up about half Europe and a Polish Europe will not be a free Europe. Join the Resistance today.
