MOO grew from 8 members to 20 during this period, that explains the 250%
That still doesn't make any sense. If you have 20 members and everyone signed up that's still only 100%. Now if you had 20 members, all signing up, and 12 left, then you might get to 250% but that's still bad math.
each member could sign up every 8 hours during the signup period, so the % is likely based on total signups against member count

I actually thought that the Contest was further delayed because there was no announcement on 2207. I ordered our members to keep kills and damage high just in case, seems it was a good precaution, but our person who was to buy information was on standby because we had no idea if it was happening or not lol.
