Day 908, 00:57 Published in Australia Australia by ronnyJnrJnr

Todays article is the first of eFoodbank and Bluescope Steel company newsletters, outlaying prices and wage costs for employees and materials, price charts for products and an explanation attempt at what all this means.

The eFoodbank has several companies and employs over 50 people, over 2 countries. Today I will be explaining a little about the US held manufacturing companies

US companies:

Coalition Weaponry;

*all prices are for Day 908, and are sourced from cheapest Q available
** Gold prices are averaged out at $40.2 USD

Gun prices have been steadily dropping over the past 2 weeks after a high of 0.1233 Gold ($4.95) to 0.1157 Gold($4.65)

The cost of iron skyrocketed to twice the value is was selling for just a month ago from 0.025 Gold (Q4) ($1.00, $0.25 per Q) to now sell at 0.0415 Gold (Q4) ($1.67, $0.42 per Q)

It takes 5 production points for a completed gun and therfore materials cost has nearly doubled from costing $1.25 to now costing $2.10

Employees are getting paid between $2.00 and $2.50 per completed gun, depending on performance and productivity. Wages drop and raise in accordance with the costs associated with it.

This means that a single unit costs bewteen $4.10 and $4.60 to make, leaving little room for profit.

Budget eAirways;

Moving Ticket prices have fluctuated greatly over the last couple of weeks from a low of 0.1405 Gold ($5.62) to a high over just under 0.226 Gold ($9.04). Prices have lowered over the last 4 days to sit at 0.2 Gold ($8.04)

Oil costs have also jumped significantly over 2 months from 0.01 Gold (Q2) ($0.42, $0.21 per Q) up to 0.018 Gold (Q2) ($0.72, $0.36 per Q) Altough still a little jumpy, the price has slowly petered out at around 0.015 Gold (Q2) ($0.60, $0.30 per Q)

It takes 10 production points for a completed ticket so materials cost has risen from $2.10 per ticket to $3.00 per ticket

Employees are getting a wage of anywhere between $5.00 per completed ticket to $5.50 per completed ticket at the moment. Again, as with all companies, wages will drop and rise with market fluctuations

Cost of a single unit? Bewtween $8.00 and $8.50, once again leaving very little room for profit.

Unfortunately, with current trends continuing, pay cuts will be adjusted inline with the CPI. This doesnt mean that you have done something wrong, it just means the market is moving. Good employees get good pay and rewards.

Wellness is a huge factor in what you get paid in all jobs. The better your wellness, the better your wage will be. Employees working at 100 wellness get the best wage. Employees at 50 wellness can expect half the wage of a full wellness employee. If your wellness is low, your pay WILL be cut

That concludes this edition for today. Australian held companies will be featured next edition, with the same breakdown of factors shown that are instrumental in running a successful business and enjoying a good working relationship with your current GM.

Once all companies have had a rundown of their costing and profits, a report will be issued regularly updating employees with current information and, all employees will hopefully have a better idea of why their wages may drop or raise and an explanation as to why.

I also hope that this will serve as a basic benchmark for wages, what you are getting paid, why you are paid that and if people are offering more money for wages than they actually make from the sale of the products produced, I say beware
