Good morning eAustralia!

Hello eAustralia, now I have some extra time up my sleeve, I can write more in detail about the current situation facing eAustralia.

As a lot of you might realise by now, I have proposed a Work Tax increase from 3% to 5%. While this is only a small 2% increase, I know many of you here worry about any increase.

But please let me assure you, this is only due to a developing situation, one that I hope will be resolved by diplomatic means. This situation is a potential Airstrike on our beloved homeland.

I was informed of this potential AS by a credible source, this information has been passed onto congress and cabinet (but it has been censored to protect the source of the information). I ask congress to approve my emergency measures to increase the work tax. I also ask congress to approve the use of the funds held in the RBA to be made available for potential COs. While I still hold out hope that this AS can be averted, I want to ensure eAustralia is safe from any hostile action.

In the past, Australia has relied on private funds for COs, both for offensive actions and defensive ones. A while back there was a debate for increasing the Work Tax from 2%-3% to cover the costs of our MPP stack and to allow some money to be set aside for CO’s.

I am requesting emergency measures to be put into place to allow a temporary tax increase, to be lowered once the emergency is over. We need to see Australia stand up by itself without private donations, we need to defend Australia. We need to ensure our homeland is free.

We have had a relatively good 8 months, we have been able to stand side by side our friends in Norway, Netherlands, Canada and other countries to help them in times of need. We flew to the aid of Cuba. We have assisted allied nations, friendly nations and friendly MUs. We have built up old friendships and created new ones. Now it is time for us to stand together and ensure that this new found freedom of Australia is not lost. Many years we were wiped by different countries, but now Australia has had its taste of freedom, we need to hold onto it.

I am a diplomat first and foremost, but if you push me into a corner and threaten my homeland, I will fight. I still hope to find a diplomatic solution to this threat.

While we are not fighting in France or in Europe, I swear on my eLife, we will fight them every last step. I promise I will do my upmost to ensure not one hostile foot is placed on our homeland. I will dedicate my entire cc and gold to ensure that eAustralia is defended. If Plato loved me before with my Visa usage, he will be sending me Christmas Cards if this battle takes place.

I will not turn my back to eAustralia and I will not let us become a whipping boy for another country. I will stand side by side my fellow citizens and bleed with them, defending our homeland. We have been wiped too many times to count and I will ensure we are not wiped again.

eAustralia, you are a proud nation, a nation that has risen from the ashes, a nation that has shown that we are not hostile, instead we help friends and only bite back if we are attacked, eAustralia, you have tasted your freedom, you have tasted the honour bestowed upon us by other eNations for our desire to help others. Only recently you helped a hostile nation from having an MTO, for this I applaud you. But now it is time to prepare to defend our sovereign land. Whether they attempt to land on our core regions, or in occupied regions, we will fight and defend our lands. We will not let them get a foothold or a border, because if they do, they will try and wipe us.

eAustralia, I ask you to stand by me and defend our homeland. Allies, I ask you to stand by eAustralia and show the eWorld enough is enough, Friends and MU’s, I ask you to prefer to fight alongside us.

This AS proposal has not be voted yet, I say to the government who is considering, think again. This is not a road you want to travel down, it is a waste of resources, not only for you, but for eAust. We are not the weak nation we use to be, we will not bow down and curtail to invaders, we will not believe the lies for the reason for attack.
