First, I would like to thank the former CPs. I'm sorry he did not start again.
Natsume (and in the background Darshu) have worked hard to make a multi-party government where the different people are able to work together.
This work should be continued.
I want to work as CP in this spirit.
Currently, a large part of our territories are occupied, the Congress is in danger, we have one goal above all: Liberate Japan!
We will fight, we can win back our country!
I'm sure that everyone supports this goal and we need everyone in this fight!
Should there be a better time to put aside past grievances?
Let's detail!
Allow me to what we are going to do and what not.
I will appoint Darshu as the vice Country President who promised to help me with advices and resources.
Foreign policy
I do not want to make changes to the federal system, We should stay at CoT.
I'm happy that Squibeel accepted the position of the MoFA.
He has full rights to make decisions in this area. He can specify MPPs and he is Free to appoint his assistants. With this I am happy to welcome the ISP in the coalition to build a peaceful country.
His only limit, we can not spend more than 35k JPY for MPPs.
Army
The last changes occurring in the game can solve our old debate about centralized/decentralized MU systems.
I will accept that only IJA get state money. But only if they use this money only on damage-purchases.
Any other expenses are not allowed (e.g. training gold) as I believe that every person should be handled equally, especially in these hard times.
Thus, every Japanese unit must be able to benefit from the supplies we will give out to free our country.
Large amounts will be paid to support the Japanese RWs.
Economy
I recommend to keep the current low level of taxation.
We need to increase our revenues from alternative sources (like MM).
I want to set up a permanent organisation-handler team which is lead by the current MoF.
I'm counting on every major parties to take part in this action, I want this to become a steady job. We will release more details on this later.
Tarasino already accepted the position of the MoF. He has already demonstrated the ability to perform this job.

Geezus.. one question, Why 35k for MPP? That's 3 and a half MPP -.- When 30k or 40k is a proper number, you use 35k.. Also MPPs is something we need incase of NE war so don't take that case lightly..
Maybe he thinks our allies would be willing to pay more than 50% of MPP cost?
I'm not sure you'll find many countries to pay 150% of the MPP.
It is hard, but one year ago we were able to sign 8MPP from 20k! Every saved JPY is 100k damage for Japan in the RWs!

We can get back our regions in RWs! MPPs are important only at normal battles. 1 MPP=10000JPY=1000Million damage,
If you win one RW, there'll be a NE so direct battle. I wished it were that simple, but unfortunately the Portuguese will enjoy of this liberation from one of our region to launch a NE.

But hey, There's still a funny part, you're free to try to set up that permanent organisation handler team, but the next CP can do whatever he wants as the organizations belong to the CP. So your proposal is something you can't enforce. Just as everything people from other parties wanted(Inmigration law), wonder why someone will give a fuck about what you try to set up when you're not CP anymore.
