Liebe Wählerinnen und Wähler

Ich kandidiere in der Deutschschweiz -die Region mit der zweitgrössten Bevölkerungsdichte und zwei Medium Rohstoffen- für den Nationalrat. Ich bin Miteigentümer der Curns Gruppe die früher 40 eSchweizer Mitarbeiter in der Mowag, Swiss European Air Lines, Swiss International Air Lines und der Zweifel Pomy-Chips beschäftigt hat. Durch meinen soliden finanziellen Background bin ich unbestechlich und meiner Politik aus Überzeugung treu.


Regierung

Als Bundesrat des EFD/EVD (Wirtschaftsminister) mache ich mich seit beginn der Rathenau-Regierung dafür stark, dass ein Korruptionsverfahren bezüglich der gestohlenen Staatskasse Swiss National Bank prioritär behandelt wird. Desweiteren wird mit der alternativen Staatskasse Swiss Confederation Bank die nach dem Diebstahlt der alten Staatskasse gegründet wurde, der CHF Markt mit den knappen vorhandenen Mitteln möglichst auf dem Kursniveau 0.02 reguliert. Ich streben aber keine absolute regulierung an, sondern lasse genügend Spielraum für Devisengeschäfte, insbesondere auf der GOLD/CHF Seite um den Geldfluss anzukurbeln. Auch wird in kleinen Mengen in ausländische Währungen investiert (Spread-Trading), damit das Vermögen, dass für die TW finanzierung bestimmt ist während der seasonalen Wartezeit nicht einfach herum lummert sondern sich vermehren kann.



Ich habe mich immer für mehr Transparenz eingesetzt, weshalb ich im Februar das Nationalbankgesetz erfolgreich durch den Nationalrat brachte. Ich nehme dieses Gesetz sehr ernst und habe seit meiner Amtszeit als Bundesrat des EFD/EVD alle Transaktionen der Swiss Confederation Bank akribisch dokumentiert: http://eswitzerland.freeforums.org/bank-statement-of-financial-transactions-t34.html.



Ich habe mich auch für höhere Saläre eingesetzt und in Zusammenarbeit mit der Curns Gruppe kurzfristig eine Saläranpassung aller Skills der wichtigsten eSchweizer Industrie vorgenommen (Herstellerindustrie). Wir konnten dadurch Beispielsweise das Skill 7 Saläre von 4 CHF auf 11 CHF adjustieren (Stan😛 22. März 2010). Natürlich soll der Staat nur in besonderen Fällen solche Massnahmen vornehmen, nach unserer Beurteilung ist solch ein Fall auch eingetroffen. Diese Massnahmen dauerten ein paar Tage und wurden vollumfänglich Privatfinanziert (begründung siehe oben). Leider hat diese Saläranpassung nur kurzfristigen Erfolg, weil das Kernproblem Firmen Boykott/Sabotage noch nicht im Keim erstickt wurde. Deshalb habe ich heute um eine Aussprache im Nationalrat gebeten um unterschiedliche Meinungen und Ideen zu Sammeln, damit wir solidarisch das Missvertrauen der Privatwirtschaft bekämpfen können. Auch wenn einige der Meinung sind, boykott/sabotage von Firmen einer Oppositionspartei sei eine gute Idee, schadet es am ende nur der gesammten Wirtschaft und ist unsolidarisch gegenüber der arbeitenden Bevölkerung. Weil wenn Firmen keine Arbeitsstellen auf regulärem Wege ausschreiben, sinkt der Druck am Arbeitsmarkt und die Saläre sinken. Das resultat sind tiefe Saläre, tiefe Kaufkraft, steigende Arbeitslosigkeit (bis Hungersnot oder sogar Tod) und höhere kosten für den Staat. Ich lade deshalb alle Nationalräte ein, sich bei dieser Diskussion zu engagieren, weil es eine solidarische Krise ist und vorallem neugeborene Bürger trifft die in erster Linie eine solide und angemessene bezahlte Arbeitsstelle suchen.




Nationalrat und SNP

Bei einem vierten Nationalratsmandat möchte ich dem Nationalrat das noch im Aufbau befindende SNP Sozialprogramm vorstellen. Bei diesem Sozialprogramm möchten wir von der SNP, dass Sozialfirmen nicht vom Staat angeboten werden sondern primär von der Privatwirtschaft. Dabei streben wir eine mit Regulierungen vorgesehene Koppelung zwischen Staat und der Privatwritschaft bzw. sogenannte Sozialfirmen vor, ohne die reguläre Privatwirtschaft mit Sozialfirmen produzierten Gütern zu konkurrieren.



Ich werde auch Steuererhöhungen befürworten wenn die Vorschläge plausibel Begründet sind und primär zugunsten der einzelnen Bewohner sowie kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) getroffen werden. Ich werde mich nicht daran beteiligen, dass der Staat unnötig reicher und reicher wird, sondern es muss rational nachvollziehbar sein, warum der Staat höhere Steuern braucht.



Desweiteren möchte ich das Initiativrecht und das Referendumsrecht reformieren, damit es der Bevölkerung zugänglicher ist. Zurzeit ist die hürde um die nötigen Unterschriften zu sammeln zu gross. Leider ist das benötigte Mass für eine adequates Stimmvolumen schwierig zu finden und zu beurteilen, zumal wir viele inaktive Bürger haben. Auch müssen Massnahmen gegen Wahlmanipulationen evaluiert werden und ein angemessenes Mass für das Unterschriftenvolumen gefunden werden damit wir nicht in einer Welle voller Initiativen oder Referenden ertrinken.




Zum schluss wünsche ich meinen Kontrahenten viel erfolg und hoffe das die SNP im Nationalrat eine starke Mehrheit bilden wird. Auch wünsche ich mir einen fairen und weniger plakativen Wahlkampf wie er in der Vergangenheit oft geführt wurde.

Dear voters

I'm running in Deutschschweiz -the region with the second largest population and two medium raw- for the National Council. I'm co-owner of the Curns Group where has earlier employ 40 eSwiss employees in the Mowag, Swiss European Air Lines, Swiss International Air Lines and the Zweifel Pomy-Chips. Through my solid financial background, I'm incorruptible and my policy from conviction faithful.


Government

As Federal Councillor of the FDF/FDEA (Minister of Economy) I've make me in the Rathenau-Government strongly therewith the corruption case concerning the Swiss National Bank will be priority handled. Furthermore I've with the alternative state treasury Swiss Confederation Bank where was after the theft of the old treasury founded, the CHF market as possible with the tight available resources the price level on 0.02 regulated. But I've not seeking absolute regulation, but leave enough financial scope for monetary dealings, especially for the GOLD/CHF side for boost stream of cash. I've also little investing in foreign currencies (Spread-Trading), therewith the wealth, that's for finance TW intended, during the seasonally idle time not simple waiting around but can proliferate.



I've always been used for more transparency, wherefore I brought successfully in February the National Bank Act through the National Council. I've lobbied for higher salaries and in collaboration with the Curns Group made a short salary adjustment of all skills of the most important eSwiss industry (manufacturing industry). We could thereby for example the skill 7 salary from 4 CHF up to 11 CHF adjust (state: 22 March 2010). Of course the state should undertake only in special cases such measures, according to our assessment was such a case arrived. This measures lasted a few days and were fully privately financed (explanation see above). Unfortunately, this salary adjustment has only short-term success, because the central problem Company BoycottSabotage was still not nip in the bud. That's why I've today asked for a debate in the National Council to collect different opinions and ideas, therewith we can solidary the distrust in the private sector tackle. Although some are of the opinion, company boycott/sabotage of a opposition party is a good idea, but hurts at the end only the whole economy and is lack of solidarity for the working population. Because when companies offer no more jobs on regular ways, reduce this the pressure on the job market and the salaries drop. The result is deep salaries, low buying power, rising unemployment rate (even starvation or even death) and higher cost for the state. I therefore invite all members of National Council to engage in this discussion, because it's a solidarity crisis and meets above all newborn citizens who seek in frist line a solid and adequate paid job.




National Council and SNP

In a fourth National Council mandate, I would like propose the still in development located SNP social program. In this social program we from the SNP want, that social firms aren't offered by the state but primarily from the private sector. Thereby we strive a coupling with regulation between state and the private sector resp. so-called social firms, without competing the regular private sector with produced goods from this social firms.



I would also support tax increases if the proposals sound reasonable and primarily be made in favor of individual citizens and small and medium enterprises (SME). I will not participate, that the state will be unnecessarily richer and richer, but it must be rationally comprehensible why the state needs higher taxes.



Furthermore, I would like reform the initiative and referendum law, so that the population is more accessible. Currently, the hurdle to collect the necessary signatures is to big. Unfortunately is the needed measure for an adequate vote volume difficult to find and evaluate, especially since we have many inactive citizens. We shall also evaluate measures against vote-rigging and find an adequate measure for the signatures volume therewith we not drowning in a wave full of initiatives or referendums.




Finally, I wish my opponent a lot of success and hope the SNP form a strong majority. Also wish I me a fair and less striking election campaign as in the past months often.
