Brothers in Arms Tournament [EZC Media]

Day 2,268, 16:02 Published in USA USA by Bucephalus92

Greetings fellow Americans and EZC soldiers.

As you probably expect, the focus this issue will be on the recent Brothers in Arms tournament.

EZC is proud to announce that it was achieved great success in the Brothers and Arms tournament. It required great effort on the part of all our members, and the sheer logistics of how many weapons, cc, gold, and rocket parts that were distributed is simply astounding. Lets take a look at the stats.

Division One
Place: First

As many of you are probably aware EZC has implemented what is known as the Military Fitness Academy, or MFA for short. The MFA provides an extensive resource guide for new players and gets them into a training program in which they get paid NOT to fight. Yes, you heard that right, we pay our players to train rather than fight so that they can become D1 powerhouses. That is why a special thanks must go out to all our D1 fighters that fought so hard to get us into first place, despite the fact that it pushed them closer to D2. They could have simply ignored the tournament and trained, hoping to reap the rewards that others won. But they didn't. Our D1 fought valiantly and got Easy Company first place in the United States D1.

Division Two
Place: Second

A hearty congratulations must be extended to the leadership and members of C4, it was a great race to see who would come out on top and in the end they managed to score a well earned victory. EZC is still quite proud of its member's D2 performance, we put up a great showing and are impressed everyday by the level of commitment and effort put forth by our soldiers.

Division Three
Place: First

D3 provided another strong effort for Easy Company, managing to outscore the competition and secure another division for EZC.

Division Four
Place: First

Home to powerhouse after powerhouse EZC's D4 performed admirably in the Brothers in Arms tournament, securing the top spot in the US for Easy Company.

International Regiments
Place: Fourth

I'm not going to lie, seeing Easy Company's name in third place for most of the competition made me damn proud, even if we did slip down to fourth. EZC would like to offer congratulations to all those that participated in the tournament, even Nemesis, who came out of nowhere late into the tournament and dropped an insane amount of damage to knock us out of third and put themselves into second.b 😉

As you can imagine in the last week or so Easy Company has received many pm's and requests to join through its application link. Many seek to join, while others simply wish to know what it is about Easy Company that allows us to perform competitively with the best MU's in the nation, and the world. The answer isn't long or complicated, in fact it can be expressed simply with the image above. We are a band of brothers.

We didn't place this high in the tournament because we have the most money (we don't) or the most people (we don't) or because we aggressively recruit the highest damage dealers (we don't). We secured the spots we did because we choose to develop a community, rather than our own personal medal stash. Because rather than get some extra sleep our people choose to stay up to participate in booster rushes, or donate some gold to make sure every division has enough, or donating their wrm to make sure we have enough tanks, or searching through battle after battle to make sure our members are hitting in the best place possible. We may not have all the flash or funding of other units, but what we do have is teamwork, organization, and a willingness to put in an effort to improve the community.

What we have is the right people.
