Hey there guys, I'm running for congress again, this time in Oregon, and wanted to make sure that everybody knows what I stand for before they consider giving me their vote. Hopefully the third time will be the charm.

With the Congressional elections looming, we are all preparing ourselves to do what we believe is right. We are preparing ourselves to vote to further our friends, parties, and country. We will put our vote toward what we believe to be most important, be it the furthering of ourselves, or the betterment of our community. Let me urge you, if I may, to think deeply about who you are voting for. Make sure that your vote is serving to further the whole, rather than just yourself or a party.

In my opinion, the biggest threat that faces our nation is complacency. We have allowed ourselves to fester and wither within our own political spheres for too long. We have worried only about how many congressional seats our party gets, or what we can from voting for "individual X". We have lost all sense of duty to our country, we have lost all sense of respect for ourselves. I am trying in my own day to day eLife, to push these boundries. I personally believe that the community here is more important than any of us individuals, and that is what we must fight to pretect. We must do everything in our power to protect the community before we worry about our parties...or even our pride.



Now for the good news, We have done great things this month, we have shown our unity as a nation. We have taken away Ronald Gipper Reagan's control of a Top 5 party. This accomplishment is beyond any others I have seen in my time on eRep. It was a hard fight, with votes coming in all the way until reset, and in the end we stood victorious over a faction that would do harm to our country. We stood United in the face of disaster....But the battle isn't over.



We still have a country full of PTO threats. That fact has not changed. In the coming months, every single one of our citizenship approvals will be important. Although all Congress members should Be held to this standard, let me say that I will not give Citizenship to any player who is not cleared by IES. if I do give CS to any player who is not cleared, then I will immediately step down from my seat in congress. This is one of the few promises that I will make. I will also push for the censorship, and blacklisting of ANY congressman that disregards IES procedure (not just those that seem like PTO'ers).
