Alas because you both dropped damage within 30 seconds of each other (and from the line angles you did actively start doing damage first) then the powers that officially judge these things, if you officially complain, will just judge it as a timing issue.

There are those who push the argument that due to timing bugs, they can't see any other damage for up to 30 seconds later and therefore they did not steal (but if you later claim back the medal then YOU are the thief). Alas since one of the members of the judging panel has semi regularly used this excuse then good luck getting this to stick.

Unless there is a good 5 minute gap between damage then no point complaining and even then some of the worse offenders are "protected" to certain degrees.

....And another one who doesn't respect BH/SH .... Lucy28 to be added to the "walk the plank" list (I don't mind if people do this to get the win on a battle we should win, but when they do it just to get the medal and don't even go for the win, well that p*$$es me right off!

Despite having the best of intentions this whole bounty/cap thingy remains the most ill judged scheme I've ever seen a government implement.
