Aimlessness of the LPP

Day 1,846, 07:46 Published in Germany Belgium by Konrad Neumann

This will be a short and to the point op ed article based solely on my opinions. I am really shocked and dismayed by the recent LPP behavior. I mean what is this? When you have a Bulgarian lecturing that Germans both online and in real life should embrace WWII militarism and that the evil communist has taken over lecturing about the aimlessness of our country, I think it is safe to say that they have lost it... If you want true aimlessness, look at the LPP.

What does the LPP stands for these days? It often portray themselves as the party of victims and of underdogs. Well I do not recall in any country that "largest" party in a country to be "the underdog." I also do not recall that underdogs goes and try to PTO other top 5 parties. Talk about aimlessness, what does LPP contribute in policy terms other than that we should be militaristic and create empire? It is easy for them to say we want strong armies and an empire but how do you do that? Even if we assume the German community wants that, how would you get that kind of power to create an empire? It seems to be that the LPP is a party of whiners and of no ideas. Just pure aimlessness!!!

LPP members are now breaking traditional congress norms by leaking classified data to the public in hopes to smear our democratically elected government. They complained about the MPP with Poland but this is a classic tactic used since the first days of eRepublik. The point of that tactic is, if enough noob Polish congressman voted yes on it, we could have an MPP with the Poles making ONE/TWO attack on Germany costly since it will cancel their MPP with the Poles. To say that is an aimless move is foolish. While there is an element of luck into this tactic, but it is an legit tactic that if it works, would be really beneficial to eGermany. Instead, the aimless LPP attacks the president in hopes for small petty partisan gains. While they can bash the government, where are their contribution in regards to the Lithuanian NE etc?

It seems to me that the LPP is not interested in proper political discourse. They have become the Fox News of parties in which, to them at least, loud is right. If they can scream as loud as they can, they think they can win support. I do not think it is working. Their bribery for new members is not working as well. Whereas they might have a lot of people now, their membership did decline from 300+ to now 273.

The LPP is a party in crisis. It is a party that lost its way. Their identity is confused. I believe that the party is in a civil war between the moderates like Pecettisyn and Zeeger and that of the radicals like Onrop, Ivanylo, and Lord oS. Sadly, it seems like the radicals are the more vocal ones and their voice is what the eGerman community is hearing. If the LPP is to recover to its former glory, moderates need to secure the party back. If not, they will continue to aimlessly lecture about how communist will make eGermany weak and that the Germans should go back to the days of WWII militarism etc. If that is what the LPP is, it will surely fail and deservingly so.
