My dear Estonian friends,
in my previous article I stated that on Saturday I will share the tanks I bought for the gold I got from being elected in congress. Well...
Actually I will start to give tanks out right now! Oh wait, it's already Saturday... So I didn't lie after all, but at least I got your attention.
Nevertheless, there are 1000, yes 1000 new shiny tanks for you to put into a good use. 770 tanks were bought from devilman7, Albertti added extra 100 for free (don't forget to say thanks!) and in the end I decided that 1000 is much nicer number than 870 so I bought 130 extra.
So here goes - I will donate 10 Q6 tanks to every Estonian citizen who will ask for them at the comments. There are a few limitations and rules though:
* only Estonian citizens OR Estonian MU members can participate. This means you have to have Estonian passport or you have to be in Estonian military unit;
* you have to be at least level 14 to get the tanks - this is actually the level you need to be able to vote and also in this way I will prevent some of the possible bot requests;
* you have to ask the tanks yourelf;
* amount of tanks is limited to 100 persons so it's first come - first get principle;
* only one request per person;
* you don't have to subscribe to my newspaper, but it would be nice if you could vote the article for others to notice;
* you can do whatever you want with your tanks, even sell them, but my recomendation would be to use them against Finn occupants - make every tank count!
I will proceed the donations queue whenever I can, but there will be some gaps where you'll have to wait for a while since the RL might get in the way. I also keep the rights not to donate tanks for someone for the reasons only I may know. I also can make an exceptional donations to persons that actually don't qualify to the requirements but are Estonians I know. Cheers!

Viskaja, although I know Mister Margooni is an Estonian, rules are rules. : ( Otherwise I'll have to verify everyone and it will take too much time. However, you can still get tanks for yourself and donate to anyone you like. ; )
On the other hand, after a little thinking I altered the rules - you must have Estonian citizenship OR you have to be in Estonian MU - in this case you've been an Estonian at least once. ; )
