well, hello again, and welcome.
the title, might seem wrong, and misleading, but rest assured, for a problem WAS working it's way up to my office, and i will tell you what happened at work, a few days ago:

i went to my office to do the magic-mumbo-jumbo stuff for my boss bongocar,
UNTIL:

bongocar: hello chris
me: hello bongocar
bongocar: how are you?
me: good
bongocar: hey, have you been celebrating yesterday night?
me: yeah, it was cool, and it had drinks and girls.
bongocar: cool! what was the celebration about?
me: some revolution again.
bongocar: oh, i see, maybe it was about the battle of SLOVENIA VS switzerland. am i right?
me: could be, yes.
bongocar: and you was on slovenia's side, am i right, chris?
me: .....
bongocar: AM I RIGHT MAN
me: well, i am from switzerland, so you know what i support, bongocar.
bongocar: WHAT?! BLASPHEMY! TREASON! HOW DAREEEE YOU!
I WILL SHOW YOU I W-
me: ...
bongocar: we run out of staples, can you bring us some more?
me: sure.
bongocar: and some printing paper. about 200 packs.
me: OK.

and a few days later, THAT happened.

General Manager Bongocar has modified your salary from 21.00 CHF to 19 CHF.

he reduced my salary because i fought for the freedom of switzerland, huh?
i will show him the road of justice!

i will go to the e-union, to e-switzerland office, and i will demand my e-rights, and my e-salary!

i will become once again, slovenia's ''employee of the month'' in no time!
with a 21.00 CHF salary once again! maybe even 23.00 CHF!
and then i will buy bread! i will be the richest man in switzerland!
hahahahahaha!

and that was my first downsize to my salary. lets see if i will get it up again.
