Don`t understand.
There are 9 Romanian congressmans. (1 left the country)
And we have 7 pro-Phoenix congress members, 3 Czech Young liberals + Malkovsky.

And here are the last 2 law votings:

8 votes "YES" and 10 "NO"

10 votes "Yes" and 9 voted "NO"

For the first law. If the 9 Romanians voted "NO" then who is the 10-th voter?!?
Also in the second law, who is Mr.10 ?

I think we should do this.
Malkovsky should invate ALL congresmans for meeting at eCzech national chat room tomorrow in the time that he select.
Then some congressman will propose again 20 CZK go to 1.5.
Then we will vote one by one.
If everything going as it should there will be 11 "YES" votes.

There are 2 or 3 congressmans that don`t vote and don`t know who is the Mr.10.
