[MoFA] Update on Peru/Australia

Greetings Australia!

Just going to update everyone on the Peru/Australia situation. We have NEd Peru on purpose so that Peru can take back South Australia and NSW. The reason for this is so to reset the determination back to the start before we begin to launch our MPPs. This will increase the chances of Peru holding on to our regions longer so that they will be able to protect us from invaders. As soon as the regions are taken back Peru will release NSW and South Australia again right away. In the meantime you can get some TP damage.. So just keep in mind that in a couple of days time Peru will release via RWs South Australia and NSW again.

As soon as this is complete, we will start building up our MPP stack again. Peru have informed us that they would like to MPP with Australia right after the determination is reset as a gesture of friendship, that is so that will be able to fully protect us in case we are invaded by enemies. Peru have also informed us that they will be paying us a generous rental sum for holding the regions, and that they will also be reimbursing us for loss of any tax revenues and bonuses during their occupation.

It has been agreed that Peru will occupy Queensland, Western Australia and Northern Territory. We have also decided that they will occupy Tasmania and Victoria in the meantime with the option available of Australia being able to request the release of those regions at our own discretion if needed. This is to minimize the risk of Australia being a target for an Airstrike from foreign enemies. It also gives more options in the event that enemies attack and release some of Peru's Australian held regions via RWs - because if that happens Peru won't be able to take them back for another month and we would lose their protection. This way if Peru loses a region, they will still have Tasmania and Victoria as back-up regions. It also increases the chances of Peru staying here longer so that they can protect us longer. It will look a lot less attractive to enemies if we only hold 2 regions. But keep in mind that we will be able to request Peru to release Tasmania or Victoria at any time. So if we want to rent those out to a friend in need or some other purpose we have the freedom to do so if required.

Just want to say that it's been a real pleasure to work with the Peruvians, they have been awesome! When Bulgaria attacked, Peru acted swiftly and decisively, the main reason was to protect Australia, and Australia is thankful to them. We hope that they will enjoy their stay with us, and we are privileged to have these guests of honor staying with us.
