[WTP] My Interview With TDK, TB, And BB

Day 2,812, 01:16 Published in USA USA by ukrosis

Day 2812

Good morning/afternoon/evening everyone. How are you? hope all is good. Today i bring you a special article, my interview with CP candidates. Goal of this article is to give readers a little more insight on CP candidates. The topic is about eUSA community. I ask the candidates about how they see about eUSA community and the solution for the problems that arise in the community.
The DarkKnight Rises a.k.a TDK, here we go.

ukrosis : Hello TDK, i read that you run for presidency. i would like to interview you.

The DarkKnight Rises : Ah. I don't think I'm that serious of a contender in this race. Interviewing me wouldn't interest your readers as much as the other candidates would.

ukrosis : I interview you because i want to hear your story. Actually people have high interest on you.

The DarkKnight Rises : Go for it then. Let's amuse you.

ukrosis : Assume i'm a newb (well actually i am), tell me about yourself

The DarkKnight Rises : Now I think that is a very difficult question to answer and can be twisted in ways to serve my agenda thanks to it's vagueness. I am from Pakistan. Been stuck here for 6 years. I wrote a bit more in my article, in case you haven't seen it.

ukrosis : Yeah, i read that. A question arise, you have been CP of ePakistan but i don't see any CP medal, what can you say about that?

The DarkKnight Rises : Original account: http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1452102 . Stolen. Hopefully that explains some things. Some issues.

ukrosis : Wait, what? how? What kind of issues?

The DarkKnight Rises : Such as the one you were wondering about, where my CP medal is. When you trust someone blindly, bad things happen. I made a mistake and paid for it.

ukrosis : Lesson learned, i'll take a note. okay move on, why runs now?

The DarkKnight Rises : Well, 1- I realize it's difficult/improbable for me to win. 2- I realize this might have been a political suicide. 3- I might have slightly overestimated my hand, for which I might be paying right now. But the reason I am running now is because we are nearing high time for a threat on eUS soil. Not to attack other candidates, they have great cabinets, but it is imperative to have one which has strong connections in FA with the ou and although they probably have strong teams, the loss of WO will be sore. And we will be sore. But he isn't irrepleaceable. Me running could have given us a more objective point of view, a bit more in line with the rest of the world. Or so I believe. My recent move here provided me a bit more objective insight which might have gotten biased had I been a long time player in the eUS. Therefore I believed in myself to help out and assist. To not shoot my own soldiers, use my resources, albeit limited, I do like to believe I have a strong relationship wit.

ukrosis : What kind of 'threat' that you talked about?

The DarkKnight Rises : Well it's nothing confirmed, it might not even be a real threat. But we know every year on 9/11 Thailand airstrikes the eUSA. And if we extrapolate that trend to this year, and realize that the eUS has made some more enemies, it wouldn't be irrational to predict an incoming threat. Plus, we have to consider that Croatia and Thailand are good buddies. Croatia accused the eUSA of attempting a MTO on their soil(debatable). Croatians(including future presidential candidate) have been shouting to have a war/MTO against the eUSA. Better safe than sorry.

ukrosis : What i feared about the side effect of eCroatia MTO come true. So do you have any plan to anticipate this potential threat?

The DarkKnight Rises : My $0.02 on handling the threat. First we have to realize, Thailand is a small country. They have the ability to push out massive amounts of damage once in a while, until they recharge. They can't take over constant threats. Secondly, the MTO attempt has showed us that Croatia can be defeated and is not invincible. It showed us that they may not have as many allies on the battlefield as the eUS. Offense is the best defense. Romania, China, Pakistan, Peru and Colombia are in the region where Croatia and Thailand are. eCanada is ready to airstrike. Simultaneous NE's from Romania, China(might be difficult to convince them), Pakistan and an AS from another allied nationa, preferably Canada onto Croatian regions in India. Hit them, and hit them hard where it hurts. Simultaneous MTO attempt as well. What about their biggest ally Thailand? That's where Peru and Colombia come into play. NE into Thailand. Thailand can fight airstrikes, but as I mentioned before, they can't win against constant damage. Thailand will be occupied by their 2 battles, Croatia will be helpless. Hold them down until 9/11 at least so they won't be able to launch an AS. The eUSA will come out victorious. Veni, vidi, vici.

ukrosis : I'm new to this so give me some time to digest it. Another topic, how do you see about eUSA community?

The DarkKnight Rises : 1- It's introverted. 2- It's active. 3- It isn't as efficient as it could be.

ukrosis : Mind to explain point 1 and 3?

The DarkKnight Rises : Yep, 1 is not a bad thing necessarily. Just an observation. Other than a handful of players, I don't think we indulge in what happens outside our borders. The meta-game, the players, and everyone is usually huddled around national level politics. I don't know if it's a good thing or not. But let's compare that to the rest of the world. People don't try to outcompete other citizens, they try to overtake other nations. China was in a somewhat similar situation to the eUS, a handful of players handled FA, the rest only indulged in local politics. In order to make the most of this game, international politics is more important than national politics. But then again, having fun is subjective. If the citizens are having fun this way, then sure. But we need to play the hand we've been dealt to the best of our abilities. We have an active population, yet we don't see a bond with any country compared to the one shared by Mkd-Bulgaria, Greece-Turkey or many more. Greece is there, and maybe that is one step closer to such a relationship. But then again, our geographical position has don't have many immediate threats, so it's understandable that we don't have enemies in our neighborhood that we might unite with allies around us to fight with, thus having not many friendships like that. But in order to win the game, we need to form alliances with nations outside ours, we need to be on the prowess. On alert. You win eRepublik with war, not national politics. And as for 3.

ukrosis : I thought it was 1 and 3.

The DarkKnight Rises : We could be more efficient in our resource allocation, currently no other country in the world runs national supply programs. Maybe that's a signal we should learn from. We could plan our attempts at tournaments much better, we did great for a country the size of ours, but we could've done better. Like the Chileans have done. And you know, much more. I don't want to bore you with long answers. Hope you get the gist.

ukrosis : Dude, i totally love this conversation. What's your solution to this inefficiency?

The DarkKnight Rises : It's not that hard, we only need more thorough and opinionated planning for events/schemes. Try to look around, maybe see how the rest of the world does it, have objective ideals. Learn. Apply. Repeat.

ukrosis : Last question of this interview : tell us a joke

The DarkKnight Rises : Hmmm... I don't know too many great ones. But here's one: A photon goes to a hotel to check in. The bell hop asks him if he needs help with his luggage, and he says "no thanks, I'm traveling light".

ukrosis : Hahahaha geeky joke. I thank you for this opportunity. Wish you best on this race.

The DarkKnight Rises : Thank you.
Tyler Bubblar a.k.a TB, here we go

ukrosis : Hello TB, You have some free time? i would like to interview you.

Tyler Bubblar : hey there, I'm available at present yes.

ukrosis : I'd like to know you better, tell me about yourself

Tyler Bubblar : well I started playing eRepublik in V1. I was not a prominent or well known player, but I did serve three terms in Congress out of the defunct AAP. I stopped playing in 2010 and largely forgot about erepublik. an email from erepublik about a gold mine in April of 2013 piqued my curiosity so I logged back in. I joined the Federalist Party and worked my way to PP in 4 months. I started working in ATO and was Secretary of DHS about a half dozen times. I ran for President unsuccessfully several times before breaking through last fall. I guess in short I've had a good erep career.

ukrosis : I read you article titled "pillar humping" and you mentioned WoW, are you an hardcore gamer?

Tyler Bubblar : not really anymore. I love RPG games, and can be somewhat obsessive about playing, finding all the secrets, and beating them. However since my first child arrived I can't justify the time to get too into stuff.

ukrosis : Oh you are father, give my regards to your childs

Tyler Bubblar : Thank you. I have three children now 7,4, and 1

ukrosis : Okay, back to topic, why runs again?

Tyler Bubblar : Several reasons really. first I think we're making great progress in closing the gaps between the groups in our country. I believe another month will further strengthen the ties that bind our community together. The other reason is i have a great team in place right now. Many of them are new to the National stage and I want them to continue to get more experience for future CP runs of their own.

ukrosis : What kind of 'groups' that you talked about?

Tyler Bubblar : PMUs vs USAF, BSP vs the USWP, the counter culture movement vs the establishment, things like that. Lots of Parties don't like each other and lots of individuals don't like each other. I have tried to give each group a stake in the executive, had people who traditionally don't get along working side by side, it's worked. People are getting along, working hard, and accomplishing good things.

ukrosis : That is awesome. Speaking about community, how do you see our community, eUSA community?

Tyler Bubblar : I think when we're focused we can do anything. It's just a matter of good leadership.

ukrosis : What kind of focus do you mean?

Tyler Bubblar : A good example is the PTO. We as an entire community were focused on breaking them. It looked bleak at times but we stayed strong and didn't waver.

ukrosis : Right now, do we have any problem in our community?

Tyler Bubblar : I think things are trending in a good direction at the moment. Even Congress has very little fighting last month.

ukrosis : I can say that our community is don't have any big problem. What kind of plan you have to make our community even better?

Tyler Bubblar : The plan is to continue giving opportunities to those who deserve it regardless of Party. Senryaku and Jaden are two new secretaries who have worked hard and deserved an opportunity to move up. so they will be and they'll be a part of the platform of everyone gets a seat at the table. I want everyone to have a sense of ownership in the community.

ukrosis : Last question : tell us a joke

Tyler Bubblar : a man goes to the doctor because he's had a terrible stomach ache for weeks. the doctor prescribes him suppository pills after diagnosing him with an intestinal infection. He says take this twice a day. I'll give you your first dose now, just have your wife help you later. So the doctor helps him, and the man goes home. Later that night his wife helps him with the second dose. She puts one hand on his shoulder and uses the other to administer the suppository pill. The man immediately straightens up and storms out of the room. he locks himself in the bathroom and starts cursing and yelling. His wife is concerned she hurt him. So she knocks on the door until he opens it. He looks pale and disturbed. she asks what's wrong. He finally replies "I just realized the doctor had both hands on my shoulders when he helped me take the first dose."

ukrosis : Hahahahaha. I thank you for your time. Wish you best on this race.

Tyler Bubblar : Thank you for the interview. I enjoyed it very much.
BeachBunny a.k.a BB, here we go

ukrosis : Good morning my Queen

BeachBunny : Good morning hun!

ukrosis : I read on your paper that you runs for presidency, why runs again? what inspire you?

BeachBunny : This Country inspires me. The people inspire me. The Community imspires me. I just want to do whatever I possibly can to help improve and grow this community that I love. From the biggest of tanks to the newest players. From the ones who love media to the ones who love Politics. I am inspired by you all!

ukrosis : Assume that i'm a newborn kid, tell me about yourself

BeachBunny : Well I hav been playing the game, Off and on of course due to RL, Since July of 2012. Started off small working my way up. Politics have always been something I enjoyed immensely. As well as DoI I have worked many programs within it. But when I made my recent return I jumped at the chance to run DoI. Basically about me is simple. I am a fun outgoing person who just wants to have fun and for everyone else to have fun. I just want to do right by the people of this great nation!

ukrosis : let's get back to presidency, how do you see about our community?

BeachBunny : By creating fun. I have noticed a trend that when things are kinda stale or just blande. There really insnt much going on. The community almost seems asleep. But once something happens whether its a good war or battle or a really intriguing election the community comes alive. Even just by running I feel I am bringing something to this community. Of course I want to win and do more. But we will see what happens.

ukrosis : I see your point, are you planning to bring some action, i mean war, if you get elected?

BeachBunny : Yes. Now I cant give away much more then that as it would well give away information I am not ready to give out. But what I can say is that I will not for the sake of fun run this Country into the ground.

ukrosis : You said that "I have noticed a trend that when things are kinda stale or just blande. There really insnt much going on" mind to explain?

BeachBunny : Bascially when we are just coasting along as a country. Just kind of going through the motions. But no war and nothing exciting going on.

ukrosis : What's your solution to this?

BeachBunny : You gotta just keep things fresh and new. Keep the people engaged and active. A vibrant and alive community is much more welcoming to new players then one that appears dead or dormaint. From keeping active battles going whether its a training war, helping allies, or carving our own path in the eWorld. Also keeping everyone informed and included. No one wants to be apart of a community that keeps them in the dark. We just have to keep everyone involved and give them a reason to log into this game everyday!

ukrosis : What kind of plan do you have to keep new players from 'dead'?

BeachBunny : What I will do is keep an open eye and my ears to the ground for a good target for us to test ourstrength on and in the mean time doing my absolute best to always have TP damage on the table for eUS. Now the key to keep new players from death is giving them a reason to want to log in. Whether its making friends with people in their MU or Party or just friends in general. There has to be a reason. An active and passionate Department of Citizen Affairs will go a long way in this department as well. One reason people may never come back is because it just makes no sense to anyone first joining. teaching them is one of the keys to keeping people eLive!

ukrosis : Is there any new program on DoCA you will start on your term?

BeachBunny : I dont know if DoCA truthfully needs any new programs. It really needs active people to man said programs. But aside from that I would truthfully love to bring AA ( Arm America ) back and into use. For to long it has just sat there being unused. It is one of the things I would love to utilize to create activity as well as help out the community in general.

ukrosis : What is Arm America? I read that we give $50k but i don't notice its effect.

BeachBunny : It was a program used during important US or allied battles and Basically we would supply those fighting for us or our allies. It brought America together and helped us fight as one force.

ukrosis : Well i admit that i didn't have any idea about it till now. You should tell new players about things like this when you get elected. Last question : tell us a joke

BeachBunny : Little Johnny was sitting in class doing math problems when his teacher picked him to answer a question, "Johnny, if there were five birds sitting on a fence and you shot one with your gun, how many would be left?" "None," replied Johnny, "cause the rest would fly away." "Well, the answer is four," said the teacher, "but I like the way you're thinking." Little Johnny says, "I have a question for you. If there were three women eating ice cream cones in a shop, one was licking her cone, the second was biting her cone and the third was sucking her cone, which one is married?" "Well," said the teacher nervously, "I guess the one sucking the cone." "No," said Little Johnny, "the one with the wedding ring on her finger, but I like the way you're thinking."

ukrosis : Hahahahaha Little Johnny is sure going places. I thank you for your time. I wish you best on this race.

BeachBunny : The pleasure was all mine! I enjoyed this immensely.

That's it folks. Hope you get what i intended you to get. Well it's kinda late but better than never.

Regards
ukrosis
