[VoeH] Important announcement (CRO-SERHUN)

Honourable players around the World!

I would like to announce an agreement between Croatia, Hungary, Serbia and Ukraine. Signatories are: Predsjednik Republike SrBske (Serbia); Galvinus Hamptitus (Hungary); HisAirness (Croatia); Valeviko (Ukraine). The reasons this agreement was concluded are these:

1. Stop the war between Hungary and Croatia
2. Secure the Congress of Hungary to the next month


The representatives of Croatia, Hungary, Ukraine and Serbia agreed on the following terms:

1. Hungary has to wait two more days to be able to propose no NE. Until this day, Hungary and Croatia will only attack when both of them are ready.
2. Ukraine will attack Central Hungary, and Serbia will send supporting forces to Budapest.
3. If there will be a border between Serbia and Ukraine, Serbia will propose a NE on Ukraine. On the other hand, the contracting parties agreed, Serbia mustn’t abolish Ukraine.
