[ULJ] I'm running again for the CP of Japan

For this month, I'll be candidate again for the presidency.
So I would like to thank Democratic Party of Japan, Shinsengumi Party, SOS Brigade, Otaku Party, Silver Chariot and Imperial Sun Party to support me.

Now this is my program even if we have a dictator :



DEFENCE

- NEBULA : We have to follow the orders of our alliance and fight for them. Even if we have a dictator, we have to support them.

- Military structure : With the dictatorship of Ceda.mj, we have to organize a military structure and unify the several Military Units. It's the reason of the creation/rename of Shinsengumi's MU in Tsunami. You can have more informations here.

- Help our friends : It's important to make relationship with other countries in the differents wars in the eWorld.



FOREIGN AFFAIRS

- Relationship : Firstly, we have to improve the relationship/friendship with NEBULA (Israel, Norway, Czech Republic, Australia, Montenegro). But it's important to maintain a good relationship with PACIFICA and Orion too.

- Communication : I would like to develop our communication with the eWorld and show we have always here and active.



COMMUNICATION

- Internal : So I think it's really important to improve the communication in our country to inform the citizens. Like I did before when I was CP. The last government started well but with the time we didn't see any other article. It's sad whereas it was a good start.

- Cabinet : Each ministries will have to publish some articles to inform the citizens and explain their plans.

- Unity : Our country is divided in 2 parts. With this civil war, our country is weaker. Too many people think for themselves. But it's time for them to realize they are not alone in this country. And we have to play together. I'm feel bad when I see other flags than Japan in this country.



FINANCES

- Loads / Spread : We have to developp loans for our citizen and help them to increase their lands. By the way, now we have an organization to use the spread. So we'll also use it to make some profits.



EDUCATION / CULTURE - HISTORY

Help : I think we've to countinue & develop the “guide” for the young players. And we have to help the japanese citizens to upgrade the training ground (1 & 2) with the MoSA.

Events : I think it'll be interesting yo make some articles with the japanese language. And we must continue to make some events for our citizens.
