Join the new world

My fellow brothers and sisters of India and honoured colleagues of the Indian Comrades (ICP), I am writing this article today to announce my candidacy for the post of Party President.

As the old proverb goes, 'The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.' Your vote for me in the election is that step and together we will take many more and lead this party towards the glorious future it deserves!

Why should you vote for me? You should vote for me because of my experience and the promises to you. These promises I intend to deliver on otherwise I feel that not only would I fail you my colleagues - I would fail our nation.

EXPERIENCE

I have had a lot of experience in eRepublik politics in a number of different areas.

In the United Kingdom, I was a member of Congress for the London region. Later on I became the Under Minister for Health (alongside my duties as Director of the London Branch of the National Health Service).

In Australia, I was elected as a member of Congress for two successive terms for the Northern Territory region. I was also heavily involved in high level talks with Indonesian officials regarding return of regions.

Here in our beloved nation, I have been a member of Congress on two occasions. I was the first head of the National Police Force which was an extremely entertaining and challenging role.

Throughout my life, I have been an extremely successful businessman with a variety of high Quality companies.



My Promises to You

I now stand before you, my fellow party members and ask for your vote so that I may (with your help) achieve the following:

(1) Increase our active member count.
(2) Whenever our nation has Congress and I am in charge I will accept nothing less than at least a 30% share. This target is readily achievable and failure to reach this would have to be considered a failure.
(3) Support for CP the best man for the job, regardless of Party affiliation.

You all know the results I create as Party President. During my time as PP of YUUVA I soldified the party's foundation and increased its Congress share. At Forward Bloc, once again, I built it up (piece by piece) and increased its share of Congress (it is a shame however, to see my old stomping ground languishing down there...)
