[Straw Poll] CPF CP Endorsement

Yesterday morning I conducted a poll of all CPF members to see who they planned on supporting for Country President. I sent out the following message to all members so as to present no bias and encourage participation.

I would like to ask you opinion of the two candidates running for CP.

The two declared candidates are
Quentin Carlson (PFC)

I-Bleed-Blue-93 (MDP)

I would like to know which of the two you would support in a head to head contest. I would also like to know if you would support these one of these two or unnamed CPF candidate if the CPF put up a candidate. The results of the straw poll will be publish Day 2598. If you respond by the end of today I will give you 25 Q7 tanks for your help.

28 members of CPF responded to the Straw Poll. 12 members stated their support for IBB.* 14 members stated support for Quentin Carlson. 2 members abstained. This race appears too close to call as primary may not get the same response as this straw poll.

Of the 28 members polled 19 said they would support an unnamed CPF candidate over either of these candidates, one member responded he would support no CPF candidate unless they endorsed IBB.

*One IBB supporter said he would support James R Bond instead of IBB if he were on the ballot.

One thing is for certain, this should be a close race and the results will depend on which candidate CPF endorses.

The validity of the results are certainly questionable, as anyone could answer anything and you could just write the results as you see fit.

If you were truly interested in a survey you could have made an anonymous one that CPF members could have submitted their results without actually messaging them to you.

That being said, CPF conducts its own primaries with regards to whom we will support - so it will be interesting to see if our internal polling matches your own.

Of course, they can still get around that, but its still more believable than a potentially biased person being trusted to not alter results (when it is impossible to prove the accuracy of those results)

I can't say I never forget, but I almost never forgive. Maybe that's on me. But it doesn't change the fact that you have a particular investment in the election outcome (btw how's "retirement?").

Retirement is great, I have been focusing more on media, political analysis, and general shenanigans. I also have no investment in this election, other than it's super freaking boring.
