Citizens of the Republic,
We are entering the final stages of this election. Thanks to our allies we are about to be returned to the map and we will have a nation once again. However it is what we do next as a people that matters the most. Do we wish to continue down the path of a failing nation where emigration is a major issue as is the availability of active fighters.
The failings of the current administration have been rampant and this is simply not good enough and shows a complete lack of regard for any rules, regulations and for Irish citizens. They have neglected the Constitution, a Constitution I wish to entirely scrap - I do not want to govern by artificial rules - I want to rule with efficiency and results, I won't hide from this fact. Some pieces that are known to me to have been breached are the following:
"The MoF must declare within the first 5 days of a CP term the budget"
"Congress must draw up a list of countries in alignment with the MoFA before the 10th of each month"
"Congress will appoint a three person Minister of Immigration committee lead by a MoI the first 5 days of the CP term each month."
None of this was done accordingly. We also have the issue of our current "Dictator" engaging in political debate within congress threads as well as encouraging the departure of a citizen. In her own words, Nogin the Nog sai

"The position should be politically neutral, essentially a button pusher for congress with no political or personal input from the elected dictator, while not glamorous or tasking, it is a position that requires a person of exceptional character to fulfil and i feel i am that person."
So she is also in breach of what she preached. Then she made a very harsh comment:
"agreed immigration is under control, its emigration that needs fixed, however i'd make an exception in elites case he can go with my blessing."
This was made following Elite C's Immigration Proposal. It was this attitude that forced many of Ireland's citizens to leave the nation - this is the self entitlement by the ILP elite and their friends that they are honest, trustworthy and noble. A vanity which has bubbled to the top during their terms.
For four months now, the people of eIreland have been promised a new Constitution to replace the current one. Two months under the Irish Freedom Party's Elite C and two months under the Independent Labour Party's Winston Hope Smith. They have claimed it has not even produced a first draft due to the illness of member Elite C, while I wish him a recovery and welcome him back to activity (seen in him trying to sort out an immigration issue), it can not be questioned why the Committee at hand did not proceed without him or why they did not replace him with somebody who was available. Instead they now use Elite C as a scapegoat for the Executive's own failure.
This grand coalition of IFP/ILP is seeking to continue on their road of dominance in Irish politics despite failing to serve the Irish people. They have selected a long-term citizen Rikian1776 to be their next candidate. I have no issue with Rikian1776 as an individual and can not fault his history or reliability but I can question his activity and ability to give eIreland the reform she so vitally needs. His last article was published on Day 1,796. He has been absent from the public eye in most senses with the exception of the battlefield where he is persistently one of our top fighters. Two days ago I was mailed by Elite C asking me questions about my campaign and my intentions. Today, Day 3,056, he published an article containing both mine and Cat Boyd's answers, but none from Rikian1776 who failed to reply.
-No articles in over a thousand days
-Failed to answer any questions in an interview
-Failed to login 5 days during the past month (source:eRepublik Deutschland)
I seriously wonder whether or not his campaign is being run for the sake of it. Does it offer any sort of social, economical or military advancements for the Irish people or will it be a fifth month of unsubstantial results.
We know the answer really. It is up to you the population to change this by voting for real change.
A change I guarantee to you.
So far I have written three articles regarding my campaign:
Restore Ireland where I announced my candidacy as well as reforms I wish to make.
Éire - A Military State which outlines my belief that we need to become a State focused on military development.
Taste The Rainbowwhich was only a sample of the benefits citizens can expect under my leadership.
To save you time I will quickly outline my platform should you, the good people of Ireland elect me.
[1.] I wish to be appointed as Dictator and govern the nation without congressional interference to achieve efficient and timely results.
[2.] I wish to invest 600,000 IEP into our nations military to encourage pro-active fighters and enhance our military capability.
[3.] I will provide every citizen who cooperates with military orders adequate supplies as they contribute towards national goals.
[4.]Weekly National Strikes will be reintroduced, we will supply soldiers extra who show up to the Strike. These strikes were always good fun when organised and it encourages an active community and military.
[5.] The State will sponsor and fund journalist who provide articles of a certain quality. This is to encourage and active media as well as individual expression and debate.
[6.] The Irish Community will be revitalized and games, food drives and a weekly lotto will be returned to the public eye. Again, this encourages greater activity within the social element of the game.
These are my key points and both myself and my team believe these policies will deliver results and return Ireland to the glory she once witnessed.
We do not need to live under the boredom and lies of the current administration.
We the people deserve better.

As was explained to you numerous times, the Mpp's were renewed early as we knew we were going to be wiped, so had no need to prepare a MPP list as it was going to be useless.
Being wiped means no new MPp's so no point in Mofa discussing what can't happen or MoF budgeting for something that's impossible.
Being wiped means no income, if you've no substantial income why the need for a budget to discuss no income, this was all dealt with in the previous congress.
As for Immigration, the Immigration team was present and i didn't see you complain when they accepted your application, if they were not doing the job correctly you would not be here today!!
the Contitution was in Elites hands, it was always a work in progress, yes he was sick for a while, but the sickness did not stop him taking part in other things, new party being formed, a new immigration bill while the new constitution lay unfinished - although it is now at draft stage, but still needs amendments made to it.
As for my input into the threads, I don't vote in them, but as one of the CP's appointed advisor's (none of whom vote), we are allowed to express our views on things - my view does not conflict with my duty as dictator to push the buttons the CP/congress tell me to push.
But the Constitution says it must be done at start of every term. We can't say that we will sign so and so MPP for the rest of our eLives as we are wiped. We also don't know for how long we would be wiped for, so that argument is flawed.
Well I wan't aware of the Immigration problem until I got into congress. How was I to know such things in advance.
The Constitution was in a Committee's hands. Don't push Elite under the bus as he isn't as loyal to your regime as you thought.
You aren't listed as a Government adviser in the thread, will probably be declared one now though to suit this agenda.....
Not being listed was an oversight by the CC who had made the thread remade the thread once again and didn't want to redo it again for such a trivial detail.
As i said previously, if the constitution had been done right the first time we would not have these issues now, you too are part of the problem, i'm saidd all i'm going to say on the elite situation, he let it drag on too long but at least its in draft form now (still needing some editing in my view)
we can sign any MPP we want as soon as we are un-wiped by a simple congress debate/vote if its an emergency situation i'm quite sure congress would agree to forego the debate and vote immediately - common sense is needed at times you know.
Yes I played my part in previous Constitution, I assisted in the writing of it, I was the CP in which it was implemented but it was voted in by a majority. That Constitution was put together in a couple of days.
We can do that Nogin, and yes common sense is needed. That is why I aim to scrap this whole thing - honestly, look at Ireland right now - are you happy with how weak our damage is? Are you happy at how inactive the nation is, can you actually say yes, over the past 4 months we have grown as a nation?
No. We are a broken nation entirely and that is undeniable.
Finally common sense has prevailed, no one is happy with the way things are just now, and although congress/people voted in the constitution those who prepared it have to take some responsibility for its flaws and the mess they caused.
Do we need one at all??
If we do maybe it should be limited to certain areas and not try to be a fix for everything (one size does not fit all)
The game has changed, Ireland needs to change too ,look at the UK losing London/country was unthinkable many moons ago, now any tom dick & harry can do it. Players are dwindling to survive you need to band together like thinking minds/country's to survive to not do so is certain occupation forever.
we need to stop the infighting and work together, everyone will not agree with everything the other side proposes but we must find the middle ground, there needs to be discussion not war in congress, no one side can dictate to the other.

rikhian just seems ilp putting up a candidate for the sake of putting up a candidate. he is distrusted by nogin so i dont know whether he would be really given access to any money.

Dear Candidate Sluagh while you list my supposes failings above why not also remind everyone here how you, in a fit of adolescence immaturity, blocked this Country from joining the Alliance that would of had our back maybe preventing the wipe of the last few months by helping us defeating the initial AS?

Of the 4 candidates for CP Sluagh is imho the least suitable for the role of CP, but as sluagh says...

You made it so that no matter who is picked, they have to try really bloody hard to lose more than we already lost.
I am slightly disappointed though that you would stoop to personal attacks. It's one thing to comment and argue against someones actions, but it's utterly childish to stoop to low blows like ad Hominem attacks.
You are still the CP of this country, would it not be advisable to at least speak with dignity while representing it?
