S.H.I.E.L.D. is a Military Unit that provides Opportunity.
A chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link. We are strong because we will train you to do the job that you want. You become strong and our chain remains strong.

S.H.I.E.L.D. is a Military Unit that provides for itself.
We ask that members Commune at S T A R K Industries. Where they build the tanks and produce the supplies that allow the Unit to thrive and survive. Yes, you will work for low pay, but you receive all that you need to be a great Soldier and a successful Citizen. If you still feel like you cannot survive, speak to a member of Command and we will be sure to help you.

S.H.I.E.L.D. is a Military Unit that provides Growth.
We promote from within and we promote often. We offer opportunities to serve as Regiment Captains as well as jobs that work the day to day operations of the Unit.

S.H.I.E.L.D. is a Military Unit that provides Activity.
And Activity = Fun. The fastest dying population are those that login, click to work, click to train, click to fight and then logoff. The people that stick around the longest, or come back and stay, are those that have gotten involved in the meta portion that happens outside of the eRepublik Server.

S.H.I.E.L.D. is a Military Unit that provides Community.
We listen to what you have to say and we work WITH you. Our greatest ideas and successes come from our Team mind set and our Community attitude.
S.H.I.E.L.D. is a Military Unit that is sponsored by THE Federalist Party.
Some see this as detrimental. But to a New American Citizen, who is also looking for a successful Political Party, S.H.I.E.L.D. + Feds = Win/Win. The people who have gotten the most, and given the most, have been both H.A.M.M.E.R./S.H.I.E.L.D. Soldiers and Federalists. Whether being a Federalist leads to membership in S.H.I.E.L.D. or being a S.H.I.E.L.D. Soldier leads you to becoming a Fed, there is no denying the influence that either of these 2 have on your future.
