Update

The month has gotten off to a good start.

We're seeing new faces on the forum, which is something we always need to improve upon.

In game food distributions are going out via the party shout feed. In addition to what they can receive via the USWP Fast Forward program, members under level 36 are getting 500 health a day just for commenting on the daily shout. In that vein, any player under level 36 who leaves a comment on this article will get 500 health straight to their inventory.

Service

Congressional signup is ongoing. The thread is on the forum, anyone hoping to run must have commented there. That can be found right here.

Deepchill is back, so remember to check forum for the daily briefing. Check the party board here.

I've had a few people ask about getting involved, but they are a bit too green for Congress. If you think you might also fit that bill, continue to speak up. I'm working to get these newer players placed in the Ambassador Corps and/or jobs helping with the Department of the Interior. Click the links if interested in either of those.

Personal Section

I'm still working on setting up some steam/flash/IRC games. The holiday weekend saw me camped out trying to polish my writing...which is slow going. Now I'm back to work and on my normal schedule all around.

Also, everyone should be aware that our Presidential Preference Primary will be held soon after the Congressional election. So if you or a friend of yours is thinking about running, get your ducks in a row.

If you haven't seen it, I suggest you check out Gnilraps article series entitled How to succeed in eUSA. A lot of it is more about eRep in general, but he's covering the meta game and brand management in the newer articles.

The introduction to the series is here. That will have links to all of the articles in the series as they are published.
