As we approach this very special day in the year I'm going to publish a few articles on the proper language to be used on the day itself... Yes, there will be a test! I'll have a giveaway day on the day itself for those students of the language who pass the test on the day 🙂

So here are your first sets of words and phrases to get you talking like a pirate!

Insults
Bilge-Sucking ............. An insulting expression of disdain
Carouser ..................... Reckless or loud person who drinks excessively
Landlubber ................ A person unfamiliar with the sea or sailing
Scallywag ................... A rookie pirate
Scourge of the 7 Seas The worst kind of pirate
Scurvy Dog ................ Yer teeth might fall out
Son of a Biscuit Eater Another insult, bread related
