[MoFA] Tournament deal with Hungary

Dear Citizens,

We are pleased to inform you that we have reached a new agreement and plan with Hungary regarding to Resource War including a Training War which will benefit our citizens and chance for tokens to use to gain the best resources for our regions.

1. We will propose an NE on Hungary on Sunday which will go through Monday.
2. After day change (00:01 Tuesday erepublik time) we will attack Northern Netherlands. At the same time Hungary will start a Resistance War in Southern Netherlands.
3. The Resistance War in Southern Netherlands will be liberated while Hungary will defend our attack on Northern Netherlands.
4. Than Hungary will invade Eastern Netherlands while we invade Western Netherlands.

This will happen in a clockwise pattern:
- We take: South -> West -> North -> East -> South etc.
- Hungarians take: 'Defend North' -> East -> South -> West -> North etc.

To get this as clear as possible, here is a picture: (Red = Netherlands, Blue = Hungary).


Through this plan both Netherlands and Hungary will earn tokens to get the resources we aim for, no tokens have to be shared by both sides during the tournament. We will stay in touch with our Hungarian colleagues through the Tournament to make sure the plan will run smoothly.
