About few weeks ago, Japan contacted us and express their intention to reach an agreement. The progress may not satisfied those who eager to make it down, but it did move forward in a slow pace, regardless the NE law Japan CP proposed during this period. However, on Day 2310, I told them RoC is undergoing discussion about the draft of agreement which will come out in two or three days, and we made the draft today which you can read it from the link below.

But Japan intentionally raise the RW

RoC acknowledges that Japan don't have intention to set an agreement and decided not to make any agreement with Japan.

而草案在今天下午其實就生出來了
但在我寄出草案前
日本CP就組織RW跟發布宣戰報紙
於是我們就很愉悅的把草案丟進垃圾桶了

We're under discussion process in congress, which might take two days or three days, then we'll propose a draft of the agreement.
An meeting is hard for us since our CP and me start to become really busy due to RL factors, so IGM discussion is the most acceptable for us.

I think Taiwan had more than a week for the answer.
We were really cooperative, we fought mainly for Asteria and let Taiwan to take over our territories easy.
Now we can't wait two or three days more! Please play fair and don't play for time!

Geezus, please notice RoC is the one hold the power to choose whether the negotiation will continue or not. There are two options for you, waiting for two or three days, or you prefer the negotiation end right now.
After that we waited one day and only today we started the RW
We don't get the draft from Taiwan what you attached to the article.

That was not the first deadline. We always get a new one but no proposal. Maybe I was impatient, but I'm sure this draft is only exist because we started these RWs,

It's not my position to comment on the process that was behind this all and the events that took place, but having read this proposed draft of a treaty I'd have imagined that this would've ended up in the trash bin regardless. Those terms would've been anything but reasonable.
