We just pulled off a huge David versus Goliath. upset against the eUS and we could not have done it without our friends and allies in Leto and Asteria. To everyone who fought for us we would like to offer our sincerest thanks. We remember our friends and we will stand by you in your time of need as you have stood by us.
On behalf of the Canadian people I would like to offer the eUS a chance to end this war. I am willing to offer generous terms if you surrender this lost cause before we are forced to embarrass you further.
The terms are as follows:
Leave eCanada on your own or we will throw you out. How much embarrassment must you suffer before you realize we will never give into you? Do we have to reenact Olympic Hockey in eRep?

It's not going to end either way, so we might as well have fun trolling you guys.
Nothing lasts forever, the war will end eventually. You can choose to write articles that hasten the end, or extend it. You chose the latter.
The eUS offered to make peace this month then two days later got back to us and said, "Sorry, we were joking." So if we feel the need to rub this victory in their face that's why.
Which is exactly my point. If you truly want the war to end one side is eventually going to have to choose the high road. But by all means if "they did it first" is really how you think Canada should conduct its foreign affairs then please continue.

I can't reply directly to your comment above, so I will reply here. I'm sure after the way things were handled on BOTH sides there are many that would be more than happy to see war continue. However I also know there are many that would be happy to see it end, myself included. I believe it is mutually beneficial for both nations to improve relations.
Articles are for motivating the troops, not improving relations with foreign nations... Many of us read the the american paper on a daily basis and the official position of your government is that we are a territory to be held and mocked... So its a natural response to cheer our few wins.
Change will come when America decides it wants change, or Canada's Allies force change.
We didn't start this war and we sure as hell not going to get on our knees to end it.. that said I do appreciate that at least some of our southern friends would appreciate a different relationship between our two ecountries...
Articles serve whatever purpose you choose, they can improve relations as easily as harm them. It is possible to cheer your wins without exacerbating the negative feelings between our two nations. Change will come when both nations realize that it is counterproductive for us to be at war. To say that Canada did not start this war is disingenuous at best, Canada made choices that would clearly evoke a negative response from the United States.

I joined this game in 09 Xander, when the brolliance between the US and Canada was born. I have been an "outspoken anti-Canadian hawk" because I am disgusted with how both sides have allowed the relationship to degenerate to this point. If you were paying attention this whole time instead of just trolling, you could see that in most of my exchanges I mention that both sides are at fault.
I have been paying attention, sir. The most frequent comments I see from you are "CURAHEE!", statements that are heavily-critical of Canada and Canadians, and you picking fights with us in our media. The last three articles you have written for your paper have been 1) article: Oh Canada, in which you say " I want to state now that I believe BOTH sides hold some share of the responsibility for the demise of US-Canadian relations" but then provide only evidence of Canada's villainy and make no mention whatsoever of eUSA's culpability, 2) support for Gnilraps as CP, where you say "Gnilraps wiped Canada. Nuff said." and 4) an article about Sirius, which mentions the wipe as a matter of course but contains no "disgust" at your own government's part in the decay of the "brolliance."
You are just as partisan as I am. And a revisionist to boot.

Most recently? Let see, we joined your alliance at your invitation to rid your country of TWO specifically Spain and Poland. We maintained an MPP with you until the end of December, when your MoFA wanted to talk rental. In January new alliances formed and we were told by the USA we would never be welcome with you. You guys joined with Spain and Poland not us. It looked like we would be left without an alliance again when Serbia came along and offered to pay our half of an MPP,This for some reason outraged the USA who wanted nothing to do with us in the first place but felt they should still have a say in what we do and they NE;d us. Further back there was the whole CTRL fiasco where you betrayed lots of allies not just us.
I really despise that the admins are incapable of doing something that literally the entirety of the internet has already figured out. I mean honestly, whose idea was it to limit the ability to reply directly to comments after the first two. In what way did that make sense?
I am glad we thank our allies instead of take the credit. lol
