[MOF] Greetings & Agenda

Day 3,123, 21:53 Published in India India by touchofevil

First of all I would like to express my vote of thanks to Anzar Khan for his faith in me, and appointing me as a Finance Minister in his cabinet. I will try my best to repay the faith shown.

Agenda :

1) Getting economy back:
No points for guessing, that my main agenda would be getting our economy back. Being realistic about current situations, future changes and somewhat overall uncertainty of almost every aspect, I do not believe we will build a full fledged strong economy (Not in this term at least), but there's no reason why we can't have a sustainable economy.
Of course this includes multiple departments joining hands for various strategic decisions, and we shall be under no assumption that all things would always go our way.

2) Rental Agreements :
As far back as I can remember, Rental agreements have always been a major part of eIndian cash inflow. Sorting out some would help treasury for sure. Am sure Current Cabinet will have a discussion around it. As it involves a lot of negotiations and give and takes, I suspect it would take time.

3) Marketplace :
Any company owners here?
I know current state of the market, is not favorable. Its close to being dead, but it still has potential for revival. I will be trying my best to get us out of this gloom. But this needs a full support of our countrymen. Without support from you all, there's absolutely no way we can revive it.

4) Deflation :
Currently we are in a state of deflation. People don't wish to spend much, people wish to earn gold/CC. People leaving country due to economic gloom. It all sounds familiar. Though as against the usual definition of deflation, people today have purchasing power, and that is an encouraging thing. We will bring out more ways to spend, that can indirectly increase your purchasing power.

Note:
Of course, for us to be able to carry out this agenda, WE ALL MUST WORK TOGETHER.

We can only succeed together, or face the doom!!

I will release more details on above aspects soon, as we have more concrete decisions.

If any of you have any suggestions/comments/opinions around this agenda, feel free to get in touch.
