[Ministry of Re-Education] The Piccolo
Xander Kross
Alright, maggots, listen up. Back in the day, infantry soldiers used to march to war to the tune of the piccolo, which is a type of fife or flute. It is a proud military tradition going back centuries.
There is a right way and a wrong way to play such an instrument. See if you can spot the difference:
Class dismissed.

A good chunk of the nation definitely needs Re-education.
In my defense, at the time I believed that if I stopped blowing my flute the world would be swallowed by a giant dragon named Bob and we would spend eternity playing Scrabble. Now stop following me around with your damn camera.

I dislike playing piccolo. It's an annoying instrument to practice.
I think there might be a joke in here. Maybe something about band camp.
Ah, I'm too tired to find it. There might be a joke in there, too.
Don't hurt yourself. We're all getting older 😛
Perhaps someone else will come along and dig up a joke to share with us.
Back when I was in high school I had a friend who tried to bring the piccolo to a band practice, and he was swiftly kicked and threatened to have the thing shoved where the sun don't shine should he bring it again in place of his piano.
