Greetings comrades of the ILP,

First of all, I would like to thank you for voting for me in this previous Party President election. I would hope that by the end of the term, your faith in me will remain if not grow stronger.

My three primary goals this term are:

SITE ACTIVITY

I intend to improve our new ILP site’s activity, and hopefully get a few more members signed up too. I’ve made a handful of posts so far, mostly of general discussion and hope that other members will continue to contribute as well. I would also like to start an “ILP’s Archive of Radical History” in our forum, which members can learn from one another about various parts of Radical Left History.

Members are also encouraged to sign up for our national forum, and it should be noted that Dail discussions have recently been moved to the site here, eireland.url.ph

MEMBER RECOGNITION

I plan to hold another “Comrade Awards” at some point this term, in order to recognize some of the hard working politicians and fighters within the party. In this community, much work does go unacknowledged but it is not unappreciated. We in the ILP leadership want our members to know we recognize and appreciate each member's efforts.

POLITICAL PARTICIPATION

Dail elections are coming up soon so be sure to apply if you’re going to be active, committed and most importantly, responsible. If you are a new member and have not been in the Dail before, please message me first to discuss your goals and I’ll place you in a reasonable position. I intend to encourage a few of our newer and experienced members to take part in the National Ambassador Program as well. Please contact me if you are interested. I will personally help any newer players understand what an ambassador’s role is and send the list of volunteers to our MoFA.

MY CURRENT MISSION

I’ve been heavily occupied with the efforts of Tailteann Deithe, our national recruitment guild. Aside from that I will obviously be busy this month with the duties of Party President. Work in RL has me limited and it will take more effort than I’ve put forth in recent months to manage just those two objectives unfortunately.
