ICA Members,
There are some changes coming…
What changes???
First off, supply is changing for some ICA members. We are now supplying what we make. We are living within our means and as long as you meet some simple requirements, you will receive supplies.
What are these requirements??
1. Proudly wear an ICA avatar.
2. Work daily for an ICA company – preferably for FRITZHILL.
3. Daily fill out the Supply Form – which you will note has less “required” questions on it!
What do you get for complying with these very simple requirements?
Foreign Branch Members will receive 20 Q6 tanks.
ICA-Ireland Members will receive 10 Q6 tanks.
This could fluctuate based upon production bonuses – either up or down.
Now before you all start complaining. ICA-Ireland members should all be making use of #IrishArmy daily. Why? Because if you visit #IrishArmy when you have health, fill in the supply form, and fight where directed you could receive at least 50 Q6 per day. This is something every member of the ICA-Ireland can do; even if your citizenship is some place other than Ireland. Do not be lazy – get on IRC and go to #IrishArmy and make use of something your government is funding!!
What else is changing??
If you are Division 1 (so level 25 or less) you will be asked to join Boot Camp. Which is a good thing for you; you get weapons and food to fight. Once you have graduated Boot Camp – we will gladly welcome you to our ranks!
So, are they any other changes???
Yes – strikes will be back! In addition, there may be some surprises for members who fight daily!!

Our goal is to have you all supplied daily! If you need help getting on IRC – PM one of us and we will help you!

Before people start bitching about the lowered supplies for ICA Ireland remember when you use #irisharmy you can get up to $1081.6 worth of supplies alone if you use their services multiple times a day.
Its not our fault if your to lazy to fill out their forms its your own.
ICA Ireland members are now expected to use #irisharmy at least once a day to match the supply rates of the foreign branches.
We will be getting a little bit less to help our brothers overseas, because we can get
All the tanks we want on #irisharmy while they can't. We are a family thats lives and fights together so we will give up 10 tanks a day to keep our brothers overseas with the 20 a day rate.

No problems with lowered supplies, but could we try and get a way to ask for supplies in-game for those of us who sometimes have to work from our phones/other devices and cant find/access the supply form as easily? I am not in this category too often but recently I have been and now im very low on weapons and actually had to pay for tanks for the first time in god knows how long. o7 and great work ethel!
Um, I don't have a problem, but I've been getting supplies on IrishArmy thus far because it says 'member of a recognized Irish MU'. So ... is that no longer allowed?
as long as u are irish CS or in Irish MU (this doesnt include foreign ICA ofc), you can get wep. Arawnlives ur safe.
@joey millz HMmm... you would have to present ur problem to MoD i guess and see if he can come up with solution/system for that. Problem is... we need u guys on channel so we are sure u received gov order and fought accordingly. How to achieve that ingame... not sure... we would need whole new ingame system and such.

@joey yes... just have them send a PM to me, sawc, or Fritzhill. If they cannot fill the form out, we will input the information for them and send supplies 🙂
@Arawn Lives - as long as you are the member of an Irish MU you will get supplies on #IrishArmy 🙂

all ok but it is still pretty boring for average players..no wars,no natural enemy,so little mobile actions...also look at our stupid daily orders, for example today is Croatia,North Dalmatia...result 1-54 ,there is no way we can win this but we are still wasting damage...and that is what we do every day...

We wish you all the best on your changes to the ICA all of whom make perfect sense. I would like to add my personal thanks for your decision to ensure all Division I recruits are sent to Boot Camp.
I would ask all MU's to follow Ethel's example. BC has proved that it has what it takes and the current officers are working their collective butts off to supply high quality recruits into the feeder system.

So what you're saying is, as an irish citizen, there is really no benefit to being in the ICA over any other MU anymore.

Marcus - ICA Ireland can get supplies on #IrishArmy as well. The other MU's do not have that benefit. We are living within our means now.
@Master of Dojo - battles have been slim pickings lately. DO must follow an allied campaign.
Level 25 or below? Gorsh...I am a former ICA Captain at Level 25. I shouldn't have to go to Boot Camp.
I think I may rethink my position within this institution.
Understand the less supplies stuff, though. Makes sense.

Hmm. Easiest solution would be to retain your existing <25 members as a cut-off point. Just ensure it applies to new ones.
Exactly, Mal - we are not kicking anyone out, but rather directing new players to Boot Camp.
