Gondoltam pergamenre vetem nagyröptü gondolataim az ujoncokrol.
Nem magamrol beszelek, habar en is ujoncnak tartom magam, hanem a legujabbakrol.
Ez utolag olvasva elég panaszos. Nem annak szántam 🙂 Es hu de milyen hosszu lett.

Megprobaltam szervezni ujoncokat, es nem konnyu.
Lehet hogy az az oka, hogy szar ez a jatek. Sokan igy gondoljak. Szerintem annyira nem lehet szar ha ennyien itt vagyunk. Vagy igen?

Beszerveztem kabe 15 ujoncot (nagyreszt magyarok, 1-2 roman ... kollegaim), meglett volt nagy nehezen a Society builder medal is, aszittem most milyen jo lesz ... termelik nekem az aranyat.
Igy is volt. Aztan a 20-22 szint korul odalettek. Most vagy 4 aktiv van, amibol egyik masik negyedannyira aktiv mint amennyire szeretnem, vagyis ez akar azt is jelentheti hogy "eHaldoklik" ...

Miert a 20-22 es szint a vizvalaszto?
Akkorra nagyon belassul a rendszer. Szintlepes 3-4 hetente, es marad a fizu meg a SS es a HW medal.
Ha jol csinalta akkor 1-2 q3-as cegbol a fizun kivul kihoz meg egy fizut, jo esetben 2-t.
Ezenkivul? Semmi. Harcolni nem tud amennyit szeretne, es neha meg osszejon 1-2 osztas de semmi stabil.
MATASZ. Tudom. De nem tudom mennyire segitenek. Nem ismerem a rendszert. Biztos jo az is.

Erdekesseg: eleg sok meghivottam szegyenli kérni. Nem erdekli az "osztas" meg akkor sem ha eppen nem a mercenary-t futja.
(apropo. ez is 3-4 honapjaba kerul mert keveset ut es azt is fegyver nelkul)

Az ujoncnak BH ja nem lesz soha. BBH - ja talan igen (Bazooka-s BH). Az egesz napi sebzese annyi mint egy utese egy idosebb karinak.
Bazukak a keves utes miatt nagyon nehezen jonnek ossze. Nekem 15 van, es az egyik meghivottamnak 4.
2 honap alatt ennyi jott ossze.

Ha mar a Farmville-nal tartunk: Toolbox
Ujoncunknak jo esetben 2 nyersicege van, a regieknek 10-20 is lehet. Kinek lesz tobb toolbox belole? Kinek lenne nagyobb szuksege rá?
Szerintem ennek is a randomizálásánál adhatnanak tobbet ha kezdo vagy ...
Lehet hogy adnak is 😃 szerintem nem.

Az oregek jonnek most azzal hogy nekik is mennyi idobe kerult ... anno ... ez is igaz ... semmikepp se lenne jo ha egy ujonc beeri a regieket honapok alatt ...
Az ujoncnak a ereje most 9-10 ezerrel van lemaradva az elmezonytol, es naponta novekedik a kulonbseg kabe 18 ponttal. (fullos 25str, ujoncunk 6-7str ... igaz?)
Szerintem 1 év is kellhet amig megtermeli maganak a Full Lana-t ... es altalaban tobb ennél ...

Vehetunk olyan ujoncot is aki nekiall EURozni. vesz 600 goldot, csinal rakas ceget, es Full Lana elso naptol.
Az mátol kezdve 10 000 pont lemaradas...

Szoval nagyjabol minden negativum.
Ujoncunk egyedul abban all jobban hogy az elso 20 szint az 1-2 hetes melo. Igen ezert vannak a fékek is ...
De ezenkivul semmi nincs ami optimizmusra adhatna jogot.

Van par aprosag amit en ugy latok segitene (a jatek finomitasa)
A meghivo szerintem tobbet kellene tudjon a meghivottrol. Kivettek mindent az adatlaprol, egyre kevesebb adatot tudsz a tobbiekrol ... (pl😛 munkahely, de van mas is)
Jol jonne ha a 25-os szintig valtoztatni nem tudna az ujonc helyett, de legalabb látná hogy mi tortenik
Vagyis:
- jo lenne ha latni lehetne kapott-e allast (volt meghivottam aki nem jott ra magatol hogy a sajat ajandek cegeken kivul masnal is lehet melozni)
- jo lenne ha latni lehetne a rakraban mije van
- szerintem a Home - ban a "Get reward" is egy olyan dolog 1 STR-ert ami lemaradhat egy ujoncnal. Magyaran szolva "baromsag". Ezt adhatna a meloban is ha megvolt az edzes, vagy edzesnel is ha megvolt a melo.
- biztos van meg egy par ilyen dolog, esetleg ha jo otlet eszembe jut (vagy kommentelsz jobbat) akkor majd update-elek

A jovo ha igy maradnak a dolgok akkor eleg szurke.

Picit olyan mint "Optimus Prime vs. Katicabogárka"

Ujoncunk rajon erre, a 22-es szintnel, aztan megjelenik az a piros pont.
Es irja benne, hogy "dead citizen".

I thought I would write down my thought on rookies.
I`m not talking about myself, I don`t consider myself as much as a rookie, as the ones I would like to write about.
This, as I re-read it, seems like complaining. I didn`t mean that.

I tried to organize rookies and it is not easy.
Some might say that this is because this game is crap. Many people think so.

I recruited 15 new recruits (mainly Hungarian, some Romanian ...)
It was hard, but I got the Society Builder`s medal as well, I thought : "nice, they produce the gold for me from now on".
Then, at around level 20-22 they were gone. I got 4 active players left, some of them almost dead.

Why is the 20-22 Level having such an impact?
I realized, that this is the time that the game is slowing down. Next level every 3-4 weeks, you got some salary money, and the SS and HW medal.
There are 2 raw companies, that might help.
That is it. You can not fight as much as you want, maybe sometimes the rookie gets some charity, but nothing is stable.

Interesting: a lot of guests coming were ashamed to ask. They were not interested in the sharing programs at all.

BH - rookies will never have one. BBH - yeah, maybe (Bazooka-BH). The whole day dmg of a rookie is as much as an older character’s one kill.
Bazooka: I have 15 and one rookie of mine has 4.
That is in nearly 2 months.

If you have to talk about Farmville, there`s the Toolbox
2 raws for a rookie is good, the oldies got 10-20. Who will have more of toolbox parts? Who would need it more?
I think that as a beginner, the randomization should also be on your side.

The oldies might say that it took them years. This is also true ... A rookie should not catch up with them in 5 months. Agreed.

The rookie is now 10 000 str away from some of the oldies, plus a daily increase of 18 points difference. (Full Lana 25str, rookie 6-7str ... right?)
I think the rookie also might need a year until he produces enough to use full Lana ...

How about a rookie with EURo? Buys 600 gold, creates a ton of companies, Starts Full train from day one.
That is still a 10,000 point gap from day one ... Yeah at least it’s not increasing.

So everything is pretty much all negative.
Newbies are cool in the first 20 levels, but that is 1-2 weeks of playing. Yes that is why fakers appear sometimes...
But beyond that there is nothing for the rookie to be optimistic about.

There are a few little things that I see it would help (the game mechanics)
The inviter should know more about the invited. They removed so much info from the profile page ... 🙁
(Eg: employment, etc)
I would like to know more about my invited rookie until he gets to lvl 25
Ex:
- It would be nice to see if he has a job (I did not know sometimes if my rookie was hired or not, they had the “gift” companies and they were not looking for a job at someone else`s company, because they didn’t know)
- It would be nice to see what he has on storage
- Get reward in HOME page. That is tupid. It could get you the reward when working (if trained before) or when training (if worked before), sometimes the rookie didn`t click that at all
- there might be other things like this also, feel free to comment below

The future seems pretty gray to me.

Game looks like "Optimus Prime Vs. the Love Bug"

Rookie will realize that at level 22, then they get that red thing.
Which says "dead citizen."
