حقيقة لا أروي قصصاً من العهد النازي .. إنها الأهوال التي تعيشها كوريا الشمالية اليوم، على يد كيم جونغ أون، الذي كشفت السلطة عن وجهه الأوحل، عن تلك النزعة السادية السوقية بداخله ..
# الوريث العظيم

في 19 ديسمبر 2011 تم إعلان خبر تولي “كيم جونغ أون” الحكم بعد وفاة أبيه، ومنذ تلك اللحظة لُقب بــ “الوريث العظيم” .. هذا الوريث العظيم استمر على نهج ابيه وسياسته في القمع وإنتهاك الحقوق والحريات..

مؤخراً تم الكشف عن عدة معتقلات عسكرية بكوريا الشمالية وبالطبع أنكرها النظام، وحسب التقرير الذي نشرته الأمم المتحدة ؛ والذي يوثق الفظائع التي يرتكبها هذا النظام الاستبدادي تجاه السجناء ، يوجد ما يقرب من 200 ألف معتقل يتم تعذيبهم يومياً بأبشع الطرق ..
# أساليب التعذيب المتبعة


ويذكر التقرير عمليات التعذيب التي تمارس تجاه السجناء، كالتجويع المتعمد، والعمل القسري والإعدام والتعذيب والاغتصاب ، وإجهاض الحوامل، ووأد المواليد.. والكثير من الممارسات المروعة اللا آدمية التي يتعرض لها السجناء..

ومن أبرز الشهادات التي جاءت بالتقرير ..
# التجويع حتى الموت



يقول السجين الهارب شين دونغ هيوك، الذي نشأ بين جدران السجن، عن كارثة التجويع المتعمد:

” كانت الفئران هى السبيل الوحيد للنجاة من الموت جوعاً ، وكنا ننتظر مرورها أمامنا بفارغ الصبر فننقض عليها لنرحم بطوننا التي تتلوى جوعاً ،وذلك دون أن يلمحنا أحد من الحراس فيعاقبنا بحرماننا من هذه الوجبة المريرة، إلا انهم أحياناً كانوا يسمحون لنا بذلك، ليس رأفة بالتأكيد بل من أجل التسلية، فقد كان المشهد مضحك بالنسبة لهم ، فيضحكون ملء أفواهمم ونحن نلتهم هذه الفريسة القذرة بنهم وشراهة مثيرة للشفقة “
# التعذيب النفسي



وكنوع من الإبتكار والإبداع في التعذيب ، يوجد ما يسمى ” تعذيب الحمامة” وهذا النوع من التعذيب هو الأكثر رعباً عند السجناء ، يقول جيونج كوانغ-ايل أحد الهاربين من معسكر 15 ، والمتهم بالتجارة مع كوريا الجنوبية :

” هناك الكثير من أشكال التعذيب المختلفة، ولكن أكثرها صعوبة وأشدها ألماً ما يسمونه “تعذيب الحمامة” والذي عوقبت به لمدة عشرة أشهر، حيث يتم تقييد يد السجين خلف ظهره ، وتقييد قدميه كذلك، وبعدها يعلَّق السجين من رقبته، هذا النوع من الشنق الذي لا يؤدي بك إلى الموت وليته كان يفعل ..!

كان هذا التعذيب هو المفضل لديهم ، كانوا ينهالون على السجين بالضرب والركل فيدور به الحبل الملتف حول رقبته يميناً وشمالاً ، تماماً كالحمامة المذبوحة التي ترقص من الألم..

لا يتمكن السجين من حماية نفسه وصدّ ولو ضربة واحدة، وقد يبقى على هذه الوضع المهين 3 أيام ، لا يستطيع النوم أو الجلوس أو الوقوف، ولا حتى ان يقضي حاجته، كان الهدف من هذا التعذيب هو تحطيمنا نفسياً ، إنه شعور مهين إلى أقصى حد، كم كنت أتمنى لو يحالفني الحظ حينها وأموت! “



ومن أشكال التعذيب النفسي أيضاً، ما ذكره ” كانغ تشيول كوان” الذي قضى 10 أعوام بالسجن:

“بمجرد الانتهاء من إعدام السجناء ، أصدر السجن تعليماته بإحضارنا لمكان الإعدام، وفجأة إمتلئت الساحة بما يقرب من ثلاثة آلاف سجين، ثم أمرونا برجم كلا الجثتين والهتاف بـ ” يسقط الخونة” ، فعلنا ما قيل لنا ونحن في حالة إشمئزاز،كانت أبداننا ترتجف من هول المنظر .. كنا نبكي ونصرخ ، كنا نغلق أعيننا ونخفض رؤوسنا كي لا نرى الدم وهو يفور بالجثث المشوهة من فرط التعذيب ، كان المنظر مروعاً للغاية “
# التعذيب في معتقلات النساء



أما معتقلات النساء فلا تختلف كثيراً عن باقي المعتقلات، إنهم لا يفرقون بين إمرأة ورجل ولا حتى طفل .. كان التعذيب يطال الجميع بيداه الطائشة الغاشمة .. كل ما في الأمر ان شكل التعذيب يختلف، يختلف في ظاهره أما في باطنه فنفس المرارة والألم، نفس العجز والذل..

“جي هيون” إحدى الهاربات من معتقل النساء والتي تروى المآسي التي شاهدتها بمعتقل النساء :

” بسبب سوء التغذية والتجويع المتعمد الممارس تجاهنا ، عادة ما تضع الحوامل أطفالاً ميتين، ولكن شهدت حالة وضعت طفلها حياً، وهو أمر قليل الحدوث، أذكر حينها كم كنا نتأمل الطفل بسعادة بالغة، كان ذلك قبل ان يأتي أحد العاملين بالشرطة السرية ويأمر الأم بأن تضع الطفل في وعاء الماء رأساً على عقب، أن تغرق طفلها بيداها !

ظلت الأم تصرخ وتتوسل إليه ان يترك وليدها ، فما كان منه إلا ان ضربها حتى إستسلمت تحت ضرباته ، فتوجهت نحو وعاء الماء ممسكة بطفلها، وبيد مرتجفة وقلب منكس .. نكست رأس الطفل بالماء، ونحن نراقب هذا المشهد المفجع ، نتأمل الفقاعات الخارجة من فم الطفل، وصراخه الذي يتلاشى تدريجياً حتى إختفى تماماً”
# الجميع متهمون بالخيانة !



إن اي فعل يقوم به أي شخص على أرض كوريا الشمالية لم يعجب النظام، هو بمثابة خيانة للوطن، التهمة المعروفة للجميع والتي اعتقل بسببها الآلاف والآلاف ..

وهناك من عتقوا في السجن دون تهمة واحدة توجه لهم .. وآخرون تتم معاقبتهم بأبشع الطرق على أشياء قد تبدو غريبة .. بل مضحكة، إعتبرها النظام إثم وجريمة يعاقب عليها القانون!

كأحد السجناء الذي تم القبض عليه لاستخدامه ورق جرائد ، في التخلص من بقايا شراب مسكوب وبعض أعمال التنظيف، ولسوء حظه كان مطبوع عليها صورة “الوريث العظيم” ، ما إعتبرته أمن الدولة إهانة وتعدي على ذات الوريث العظيم، ولازال يدفع هذا السجين ما تبقى من عمره جراء هذا العمل !

من الوقائع الغريبة أيضاً ؛ تحقيق أمن الدولة مع عامل في أحد المستشفيات بسبب كسره لصورة ” الوريث العظيم” أثناء تنظيفها ودون قصد.. وبالطبع ألقي به في السجن ليتلقى العقوبة على فعلته !

إن هذا النظام بلغ من الجبروت والإستبداد أشّده، الأمر الذي يقر به المسؤولين السابقين بهذه المعتقلات، وفقاً لشهادة أحدهم مؤكداً ان هذه المعتقلات ترتكب جرائم ضد الإنسانية مستشهداً بتعذيب السجناء بأبشع الطرق ، كحبسهم في أقفاص معدنية لساعات حتى يتوقف سريان الدم بالأطراف، ويستحيل لونها إلى زرقة مخيفة ..

بالإضافة إلى خزانات المياه الباردة التي يجبر السجناء على الوقوف فيها لأيام، حيث يقفون على أطراف أصابعهم من شدة إرتفاع منسوب المياه والتي ستغرقهم حتماً إن حاولوا الإعتدال في وقفتهم .. وغيرها الكثير والكثير من الجرائم والإنتهاكات !
# موقف الأمم المتحدة


كان هذا التقرير خلاصة جلسات الاستماع للهاربين من جحيم كوريا الشمالية، والتي قامت بها لجنة التحقيق بحقوق الانسان برئاسة القاضي الأسترالي المتقاعد مايكل كيربي، حيث أقرت اللجنة بأن هذه المعتقلات العسكرية تمارس أعمال وحشية تجاه السجناء تماماً كإنتهاكات العهد النازي ..

وكرد على قرار اللجنة ومطالبتها لمجلس الأمن بإحالة النظام الكوري إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية جراء هذه الأعمال الوحشية؛ هدد النظام بإجراء تجربة نووية جديدة !

إن هذه الجرائم والممارسات اللا آدمية هى ثمن صمت هذا الشعب المنكوب تجاه الإنتهاكات التي تمارس بحقه طوال تلك السنين أولاً وأخيراً .. فإن الظالم لا يبطش ولايتمادى في ظلمه إلا لأنه وجد قوماً رضوا الذل وإختاروا المهانة فخروا لجلادهم ساجدين ..!
