Hallo eDenmany,

Ich habe vor am 5. Februar als Präsident zu kandidieren. Ich sollte sagen, dass es recht schwer fällt hierbei Dinge zu versprechen, die wir noch nicht gesehen haben, oder die schon getan wurden. Ich persönlich bin der Ansicht das es eDeutschland im Moment sehr gut geht. Wir leben in Frieden, wir haben keinen aktiven Krieg, und wir haben einige Boni. Es ist eine fruchtbare und
reiche Zeit, dabei spielen selbst der BuBa Raub und der letzte Krieg mit Polen keine Rolle.

Zunächst möchte ich, ohne genaue Versprechungen zu machen, deutlichmachen, dass meine Ziele eine Beibehaltung der aktuellen Lage und Spaß für jeden sind. Es geht also darum eine gute Zeit miteinander zu haben.

I hoffe darauf das wir den Vertrag mit Polen verlängern können, und somit sowohl die jetzigen edeutschen Kernregionen zu halten, als auch die dänischen. Sollte weiterhin die Möglichkeit bestehen, wäre eine kleine Kampagne zum norwegischen Öl angebracht. Ich kann euch hierzu leider keine weitern Details vorlegen, wir werden auf einen günstigen Moment warten müssen – es hängt stark von den Skandinavischen Kriegen ab, und wir müssen das mit Finnland absprechen. Das wäre ein Ziel für den nächsten Monat.

Über meine Pläne fürs MoD habe ich bereits mit einigen Leuten gesprochen, die ich kenne und denen ich vertraue. Wenn alle meiner Einladung folgen sollten, hätten wir ein sehr gutes MoD team. Es war zwar nicht beabsichtigt, aber es scheint als ob aus fast allen großen Military Units Personen eingebunden werden. Ich habe hierbei eine Bedingung gestellt: Sie sollen im Notfall bereit sein eigene Entscheidungen zu treffen. Hierzu denke ich das 5-6 Leute für diesen Job ausreichen sollten.

Nächsten Monat wird es keinen Sold geben, aber ich habe vor die MUs erneut zu unterstützen. Außerdem halte ich eine gute Koordination der vorhanden Kampfkraft für wichtig, da wir im Vergleich zu große Ländern wenig Soldaten haben. Um im richtigen Moment zuschlagen zu können sind Waffenverteilungen meiner Meinung nach der beste Weg.

Zudem habe ich einen Plan für 2-3 Monate um den extra Schade von Bazooka Nutzern besser nutzen zu können. Hierfür soll es einen Geldtopf für das MoD geben, mit dem sie Schaden erkaufen können (mehr als 1 Million Schaden). 5 Gold für unsere Soldaten, damit sie ihren Schaden sinnvoll nutzen, statt auf Battle-Hero-Medal Jagd zu gehen, ist nicht viel für den Staat. So lassen sich persönliche Interessen und das Gemeinwohl vereinen, und der Staat zahlt. eRepublik bevorzugt den Egoismus der Spieler. Deshalb sollte der Staat intervenieren, und ich denke das die Leitung der Spieler für das Allgemeinwohl genauso wichtig ist, wie z.B. die Waffenverteilungen.

Nun zum Finanzbereich. Ich habe einen thread im Forum gelesen in dem es darum ging eine unabhängige Bank zu schaffen nach kanadischem und US-amerikanischem Vorbild. Soweit ich das verstehen konnte, gäbe es, egal wie wir es anstellen Risiken. Aber wir können keinen Fehler machen, wenn wir mehr ausgeben. Und das habe ich vor. Ich denke neben ca. 500 000 DM als Reserve in der BuBa sollte jeder Pfennig ausgegeben werden. Hierbei denke ich an Programme wie die NeuFög, Company Contracting, Firmenbauprogramme der Military Units und an den eGerman Development Fund. Die MUs sind die wichtigsten und aktivsten Mini-communities die das Spiel bietet, und niemand wüsste besser das Geld zu nutzen.

Mein Kabinett werde ich die nächsten Tage veröffentlichen. Ich habe bereits mit einigen Leuten gesprochen, und erwarte noch ein paar Antworten. Zudem suche ich noch Leute für bestimmte Aufgabenbereiche. Ich habe etwas derartiges zwar noch nie gemacht, aber es macht Spaß und ist aufregend. Bitte teil mir mit wann du iwelche Fragen oder Anmerkungen hast. Zudem würde ich mich über eure Stimme am 5. freuen.

Dear eDenmany,

I’m going to run for country presidency on the 5th of February. I should say it’s kinda hard to tell anything new or promise exciting things for the next month what we haven’t see or done yet. My personal belief is that eGermany is having a very good time nowadays. We live in a peace, we don’t have any active war, and we aren’t going without bonuses. It is a thriving and prosperous period, mo matter of the BuBa issue last month or the last war with Poland.

First of all, without saying anything particular promise, my goals are to maintain this good state and serving fun for everybody for the month. Having a good time together, that’s the point.

I hope we could elongate the agreement with Poland for the next month too and we will be able to keep the current core regions we have as well as all the Danish regions. If we have chance to get it, we will have a small campaign towards the Norwegian oil region. I can’t say about the details of how and when, of course we have to wait the good timing - it will depend on the Scandinavian military activities - and we must speak with Finland about it. It would be a real plan for the next month in case nothing really bad will happen.

I have been speaking about my plans for MoD with the some people I know and trust. If everybody say yes to my invitation I will have a very good team in the Ministry of Defence. It was unintended but it seems from almost every military unit will participate in this MoD team. I asked for one important thing: they should do own decisions in case of emergency. A group of 5-6 member would be enough for the organisation.

There won’t be any kind of sold for the next month but supporting the military units in other ways will be important. Since we have not that many soldiers compared with the top countries, the coordination is principle. Beside an active leadership the weapon distribution is the best way to fight in the right battle in the right moment.

Additionally, I have got a plan for 2-3 months to coordinate the extra damage of bazooka-users. There will a fund for the MoD team from they could buy (more than a million) damage if it is necessary. Paying 5 gold for our soldiers in order to fight in a prior battle instead of getting a BH in a marginal battle is not that much for the state. Common goals will meet the personal interest and the state will pay the bill. eRepublik itself is preferring the selfish behaviour in the players’ point of view. State could do against it, and my personal belief is that shepherding the people towards the common purposes by the help of the state’s resources would be as important as - for example - the weapon distribution.

Some more plan about the Financial issues. I have read the thread on the eGerman Forum about the independent bank like the Canadian or US ones. As far as I could understand everything well, no matter how we organise it, there will be risks. But we couldn’t do mistakes if we spend more. I want to spend. A lot. I think beside keeping available a 500.000 DEM reserve fund we should spend every DEM from the BuBa. So the running programs like NeuFög, Company Contracting, Company building programs of the military units, eGerman Development Fund would count on the future support. Just one more sentence about supporting military units. These are the most important and active micro-communities in the game, and no one else could spend the money better than these groups.

My government list will come in the next days. I have spoken with some people, I’m waiting for answers, some people waits for my answer and I want to find some more people for particular tasks. I have never done anything like this, but it’s fun, and I’m exciting. Please let me know if you have any kind of questions, and criticism is also welcome.
