UKRP was the triumph of the eUK, for all of time it has been the shining bastion of good Congress lists, but now the empire crumbles. Our aura of invincibility gone, the barbaric hordes of TUP and UKPP gather at our borders, outnumbering and bearing down on the once all-powerful empire. All have fallen before the horde of TUPites and UKPPers, many believe that UKRP will go the same way without a fight, but this is the time to make a stand against the scourge of the eUK. We will be outnumbered, our valour tested, but the last stronghold of good Congress members must not fall.



Defo didn't get that from anywhere else.



This here be mah opening article, and first manifesto for me UKRPPPP candidature.
In this article I'll be highlighting my view a bit of what I think the current situation in the party is, what's good, what's bad, and what imma do about it.

I think it's a terrible injustice that I haven't been da top dog yet.
Let me just remind you of how close I came a few months ago, after which followed a boring and insignificant term from Ad.







The definitive Gali™ View of the Party

Good Points

Over the past few months, the UKRP has been able to make great publicity for itself. In my opinion, this is because of our glorious media spam contribution, with the addition of UKPPers and Chaz writing about us. Through this, we have become a bigger option for new players, let me explain...

So when a new player is looking for a party to join, they will either look at the party rankings and join TUP, or they will look at the shout feed and read the media. In that case, the party with the best publicity wins every time.



Bad Points

This was quite a hard one, but I did eventually find something.

During Fata's glorious PP term, enthusiasm and media spam was at its peak, whereas during the term of Massa the Almighty, I feel that enthusiasm and obnoxious pride in the party is beginning to go down. I feel like the party has had a smaller presence in the eUK than last month, overshadowed by events like the new dictatorship update and things.

Energy

During my term, you will not see empty manifesto promises followed by no action, you will see intelligent ideas backed up by energetic action. I think that most will agree, these days, that my most shining qualities are my enthusiasm, energy and activity (gr8 bantz). Throughout history, great empires have been forged by leaders with these traits, and I intend to do effectively the same thing with UKRP. Of all the top 5 parties, UKRP has the most solid foundation to become great.

Apathy is the enemy of progress, and as such I encourage you greatly to get out and start trumpeting the name of UKRP!


Power in the Media

As I mentioned earlier, the party with the best publicity will always win. This means that we must seize control of the media module and shout feed, this will go some way to achieve the vision of a UKRP renaissance.

To do this, we need as many people to write as possible. Fill the media with energy! Whether it be a fan fiction of UKRPers dancing to 'Uptown Funk', a positive review of our Congress list or posting Adastros. nudezzz, get it out!
I will also bring organisation into our media spam, more will be said about this later, probably within the party.

I hope my shining display of energy and enthusiasm will be a great example of how you can make a contribution to your party, and indeed nation. Or I'll just hassle you all until we get going 😉

Either way, I won't be satisfied with apathy, the incredible community that is UKRP must be showcased proudly and loudly.
